I grew up in Barrington Hills; my dad hightailed it to Vegas upon retirement in the late 2000s and built a nice 4 bedroom home with in-ground pool and guest house there for half the price he would’ve paid in Illinois! He got tired of Illinois’ high taxes and cold weather!
I think you should rename this video the top 6 best suburbs to retire for people who can afford it. I live in one of the cities you mentioned, and it isn't cheap much like the other cities on your list.
