We live in Sydney, Australia. We always wanted a Labrador and priority was to adopt. We waited for few months ,did alot of research and finally got our baby....I think you need to be patient. In foreign countries keep an eye around Christmas time as alot of people get puppies as a gift and then can't take care of them.
