I agreed with you 90% except tomato egg and milk becoz some vet says raw egg and milk is also give immunity to dogs in fact my friend has Rottweiler dog and he eat raw egg and he gat stronger raw egg healthy but with certain limits and tomato's are also good for dogs
my brother law was also having a doggy female labra and he was giving her all human dinner breakfast dinner snaks when he eating with salt every one know that salt is common item in human food and they were giving her salt in food

Buttermilk is not needed. Just give him proper kibble as per the label on the bag and some treats in the day. That is all. You can give some fruits.
