Thank you for taking the time to comment and show your support! It's always rewarding to know that my videos are making a difference, and I'm happy to hear that they've helped you in some way. I started making these videos because I remember feeling too old for skating when I was in my late twenties, and I wanted to show that even in your late 40s you still can do a lot on your skates. Once again, thank you for your kind words and support!
That's amazing to hear, man! I'm so glad to hear that you're still skating and staying true to your first love, even though it might be more painful when you fall, skate hurts for sure. The love and passion for skating is truly something special, and it's great to hear that it's such a positive force in your life. Keep on pushing yourself and never give up on what you love! Thank you for your kind words, and happy skating! Cheers
Thank you so much! I'm glad that my skating could serve as inspiration for you. Skating is such a fun and rewarding activity, and it's always great to hear that it's inspiring others to pick up the sport or continue skating. thank you for your support!
Great to hear that you found inspiration in my video! Age is just a number, and it's never too late to pursue your passions and keep pushing yourself. I'm glad I could demonstrate that through my skating. Keep on pushing and living your best life! I appreciate your kind words. That motivates me a lot. Thank you
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! I'm glad that you found my content inspiring, and I'll definitely keep working hard to create more content for you to enjoy. Thanks for watching.
That's great to hear! It's never too late to get back into skating, and it's always fun to rediscover an old passion after taking a break. I'm sure it will take some time to get back into the swing of things, but keep at it and I'm sure you'll progress quickly. Skating is a great way to stay active and have fun, regardless of age or skill level. In addition to that, the skate's quality is much better now, you'll like it for sure. Good luck and happy skating!
Thank you for your kind words. Man, I've been skating since 1994, so I have way more experience than you have, I believe. I am certain that in 5 years from now you'll be way better than I am. Keep rolling
Thanks for reaching out, and it's great to hear that you love skating! Turning 49 is a perfect time to treat yourself to some new skates and keep having fun. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Allgäu while you're out skating and keep spreading peace wherever you go, bro. Happy skating! Sending peace and good vibes right back to you from across the globe! That's fantastic to hear! The most important thing about skating, or any activity for that matter, is that you have fun doing it. I'm glad to know that you're having fun skating. Let's keep on having fun and enjoying the ride! Cheers
Bro that is so inspiring, I'm turning 41 this April and got some used USD's last December, I have been trying to relearn some tricks, and feels great. You got nice tricks under sleeve! keep it up!!

Skating is such a fun and rewarding activity, and it's great to hear that you're enjoying it again. Keep on pushing yourself and striving to improve, and I'm sure you'll be able to add some new tricks to your sleeve as well. Happy skating, and thanks again for your support!
Thank you so much for your kind words! It's great to know that my skating can serve as inspiration to others, regardless of their age or level of experience. Don't worry about losing some of your skills as you get older - what's important is that you continue to enjoy skating and challenge yourself in new ways. Keep pushing yourself and striving to be your best, and I'm sure you'll continue to make progress over time. Cheers to you as well, and keep on skating!
Thank you brother! I'm 40 now and just beginning to learn inline skating, with only minimal ice skating before. I'm looking to do mainly urban freestyle, with a bit of grinds and gaps, not aggressive. So inspiring to see ya.
Great to hear that you are beginning to learn inline skating! It's never too late to start a new hobby or sport. Urban freestyle skating is an awesome way to express yourself and have fun. It's also great that you are interested in doing some grinds and gaps. I'm glad that my videos are inspiring to you. Keep practicing and pushing yourself, and remember to have fun! Skating can be challenging at times, but it's also a lot of fun and a great way to stay active. If you have any questions or need advice, feel free to ask. Good luck on your skating journey!
@@EugeneDinizThank you brother. Actually there was one question I was thinking about as I watched this video... What would be the best and easiest or safest grind to learn for someone not looking to really be tricksy with their grinds, but like me, I could see myself wanting to learn a couple to just be able to jump down railings etc, stair railings, as an increase to my all around teach in urban skating?
@@EugeneDiniz Thank you brother, can't believe I hadn't seen this. I've followed Ricardo Lino for quite a while now. So likely the easiest two to grind down say a clean one flight of stairs railing, would be the Front side and or backside? Yeah, not aggressive, more urban. I have a pair of the Next 125 White, currently looking at the Icon Decode Pro 100 frames which have much of what I have been searching for, and can run an aggressive H Block set-up (100, 84, H Block, 84, 100). I have big boots US 13, being 6ft8 something (203cm) and desperately need longer frames.
My pleasure, man. Yeah, Ricardo Lino has tons of great videos. I've also followed him for a pretty long time. For me, the frontside or backside feels the same. I feel safer doing a full torque or royale than a backside down a handrail though. A soul grind would be a good choice, too. The POWERSLIDE NEXT MEGACRUISER 125 WHITE? I've just checked them out. They look great. Yeah, definitely for your height a longer frame would work better.
Hey there, thanks for the positive feedback and I'm glad to hear you're getting back into skating! I try to skate twice a week, but unfortunately, I've been dealing with a knee injury for the past 3 months, so I've had to cut back to once a week. Additionally, I've had a back surgery 20 years ago, which limits my skating frequency. To stay in shape, I have two to three easy workout sessions at home every week, where I focus on strength, mobility, and balance exercises that are relevant to skating. I also stretch as often as possible and try to maintain a healthy diet. To support my joint health, I take MSM Glucosamine, which has been helpful for reducing inflammation and joint pain. Additionally, I do three to four 15-minute Grounding (Earthing) sessions per week, which involves making contact with the earth's surface to promote healing and reduce inflammation. Overall, my routine is geared towards maintaining my physical health so that I can continue to skate at a high level and avoid injuries. Let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else I can help you with!

What’s up brother? So inspiring to see! I’m 38 years old and just picked up a pair of 909‘s last month after not skating for the last 22 years. The biggest issue I’m coming across is recovery. All the tendons in my lower legs have been inflamed after a couple of sessions. I can’t really skate more than twice a week which is very frustrating. What is your skating frequency and what are you doing to keep yourself feeling good and not overly sore or irritating anything?
Hey, thanks for your kind words and welcome back to the skating scene. After 20 off, you will definitely feel sore after each skating session, it is normal. I believe that your recovery time will diminish as you continue skating. Keep in mind that at 38 the recovery process takes a bit longer than when you used to skate. Two sessions a week is still pretty good, man. Take it easy on your body now and listen to it. I am sure that as time goes by, you'll be able to skate more often. I also skate twice weekly, but not for the last 3 months due to a knee injury. I also had back surgery 20 years ago and that keeps me from skating more often.
