omg I love how everyone here is so underwhelmed but I’m just so excited and this will be my first ND palette when it drops in the UK!! This is genuinely the first palette that’s neutral but doesn’t have half the palette made up of crease shades that only work for fairer skin tones, or mattes that just look horrendously ashy or blend together into essentially the same colour on my skin tone, and doesn’t go the complete opposite direction by making the mattes so warm that I’m literally just blending orange onto my lids. Genuinely the first neutral palette where I am like all of these shades will work and serve a purpose for me and my tastes !!!
Cas Q I think you will be very happy with the palette. Can’t speak for others but I have so many palettes that I takes something really really unique to get me excited. The palette is excellent quality and a great price point.

Brandi Kennedy me too! It is hard for me to wear Metropolis and Sunset. Gold is hard for me to wear at summer time and the Sunset is too orange for me.
This is a perfect palette for darker deeper skin. Nothing boring about it. I literally gasped when I opened it. I’m an artist and I need the warmer tones for darker skin. I need browns that won’t go grey and this does that for me on darker skin. I think I’m going to add to the make my own palette using biba and bronze. It would be a dream if she would make a warmer deeper version of biba!
I love this palette because it has transition shades for me. Totally agree with you. To me this wasnt the bronze palette I had hoped it to be cause it's so warmy and coppery. I keep calling it the copper palette in my head haha. I woulf have loved a more neutral brown based palette like biba's cousin! That would have been amazing!

This is my first large ND palette too. I love it! I can wear it for work which is important. I would not spend $65 on a palette with more wild shades as I would only use them on weekends.
After a massive decluttering of my collection, I’m looking for exactly this kind of shades to compliment a couple of palettes I saved, so boring it’s amazing for me too and the timing couldn’t be better😊
I think it's a GORGEOUS palette. But I'm not gonna buy it.🤣 I have all her other palettes and I do more "wild" looks like Mel. But that's the great thing about makeup, something for everyone and we're all different!!!🥰 But the face palette??? That's already in my hands!🤣

I just ordered this from Sephora, and I’m excited to get it! I agree that it’s more of a fall palette, and that’s probably why I like it so much. Fall is my favorite, and I just get so much more inspired with my makeup during the fall. Maybe this is the palette I need to get out of my makeup rut 😂
I agree, this color story feels very Atumnal to me as well. But then again, most ND palettes have that feel because of the richness of the colors. Her palettes always have a slightly exotic, almost Byzantine or Morroccan vibe

I think this is the perfect palette to start with if you have been in the fence to try natasha dedona eyeshadows. Perfect mix of formulas all of them in wearable shades for everyone! yes, might be boring for those few that may have all of her palettes but it's perfect for those of us who only have a few. I LOVE IT!!!

Makeup is a matter of personal preference. :) I have Biba and they are very different palettes. I think it’s beautiful, but it’s also been done to death at this point. She should do a cool-toned palette and call it “The Sterling Palette” after sterling silver!
Thank you for the review and application demos. Warm colors look great with your skin tone. I wish ND had created three face palettes, one each for fair, medium and deep skin tones. This one is best suited for warm-medium skin tones, IMO. I hope ND takes a cue from the obvious popularity of her mini retro and creates a midi retro along with a companion face palette, AND concurrently with an eye and face collection for deep skn tones. Fingers crossed for the fall and winter.
It’s funny how we all react and think differently. I was excited for this palette too, because even though these shadows are all similar and all shades I probably have - they still remain shades I will wear on a regular basis. There’s a lot of palettes that I look at and love, but then realize I wouldn’t wear a lot of the shades regularly.
And I don't even care that some shades are similar to others she's done before. This palette is stunning and I'll definitely be picking it up when it launches in Sephora AU on Wednesday. The curation of the palette is gorgeous. Michele Wang called it "a study in bronze" and I am so here for it!
Mel, thanks for showing me that the bronze highlighter works as a check color! I thought for sure it would be too dark for me but, with a light hand, it looks really good over the cream blush.

When I first saw the bronze eyeshadow palette drop, I drooled and was thinking THIS may be the Natasha Denona palette for me. Your swatches are beautiful, but the first thing I thought of when I saw them was ABH Soft Glam, which is a palette I decluttered. Obviously different formulas, but I would love to see side by side swatches...
I was thinking the same re: soft glam! However I saw smokey glow's latest video on how problematic Norvina is and it's really made me think twice about supporting ABH as a brand. Plus I love ND's formula and being able to swap the pans out with her other palettes
Thank you for the cheek palette tutorial! I've been looking for a good bronze cheek blush/highlighter for a while but was on the fence about this palette as many TH-camrs with lighter skin found it tricky to work with. But your technique yielded some amazing results!

Speaking as someone that doesn't have any ND palettes and doesn't necessarily want to spend $129 for a palette, this is SO NICE and approachable! The 'Love' and the 'Sunrise' are VERY colorful and this is so beautifully neutral-ish. I want this baby! I can see why it would seem boring to someone with all the ND palettes though. Her face palettes are so versatile--I love that you can use them on the eyes, lips, & obviously face. I get a lot of use out of them. So flattering on you & everyone I've seen it on & that I've used them on. Gorgeous Mel! P.S. I couldn't get the Metropolis palette yet, so this is why I'm diving in to the bronze collection & these shades are just my jam. I love her midi size! I hope she curates a true neutral palette in this size at some juncture.

I have so many bronze and gold pallets. But I still want it . I like that the cheek creams are a bit stiff. When it’s too soft it moves around . The cheek pallet is stunning.

I have been picking up so many cool and neutral toned shadows lately that my warm palettes DO need to be updated. I'm not sure this one is it though. I agree that the tones are just too similar if you take out the darks. The cheek palette on the other hand, looks amazing! Thank you!
I was quite excited for this palette! I got it the other day and while I like it I felt like I have done the same looks with other palettes I had so it was a disappointment. You still created beautiful looks even if you were not inspired!
Thank you for your honesty, you just saved me some money. I was trying to refrain from buying it yesterday so I used my Natasha denona Metropolis palette and I was able to do a beautiful copper eye with that. So for now, I think I will hold off. At least until there is a Sephora Vib sale!

I actually have both the soft glam palette and this one. On first glance they do look so similar BUT the ABH one has more Matts vs. ND which has more shimmers. I think that is the main difference which really makes the ABH one more of a fall palette and the ND a summer one. As she also said though, the ABH also has some of those pink tones with which you can make a berry eye, whereas this one is pure warm brown golden shades. As a Latina, who has very dark brown eyes and get even more color when the sun is out, I find this palette PERFECT for everyday looks but also ideal to shimmer things up for the evenings ^^
I hope she comes out with a mini bronze palette! Thank you for pointing out that a lot of the shades look similar on the eyes. I think I'm going to wait on this one.

This is my first ever Natasha Denona palette so I’m excited 😬 i recently threw out some palettes (including the soft glam) because i had them for about 2 years and my eyelids were having some sort of reaction so I’m excited to try this palette.
I think everyone is all about that JLO bronze glow look. I really love the pallet. I don’t have soft glam or biba and although I probably do have warm tones in other palettes it will be nice to have them in one place. And I love love her cheek/face palettes.

I do really like this palette, I haven’t been into warmer tones much and have been wearing more cooler tones lately but this has been fun to play with! Although I was really hoping for a cool toned palette so hopefully that will be her next midsized palette!
I can definitely see this as an amazing fall palette and a summer palette as well. I passed on the Metropolis palette (cannot remember why) and now I am rethinking it, but I like the tones of the neutrals in the bronze palette and really contemplating it. I don't have most of her palettes and am looking for something like this. I am loving the first look you created, and the performance is amazing. I passed on the first two smaller ones (sunrise and love) I do have Sunset, Lila, Biba, Safari, some minis, missed Tropic again (sat on the fence too long so probably for the best). This is a nice mix of colors I would use alone and with other palettes. My eyes are Blue/shift to green or grey depending on what I wear and my hair color/makeup and I am neutral. I think I can work with these golds and bronzes more so than I can with some of the stronger golds in the Gold Palette. Actually, I love all the looks you created. Thank you for the review and application demos. Warm colors look great with your skin tone. I wish ND had created three face palettes, one each for fair, medium and deep skin tones. This one is best suited for warm-medium skin tones, IMO. I hope ND takes a cue from the obvious popularity of her mini retro and creates a midi retro along with a companion face palette, AND concurrently with an eye and face collection for deep skn tones. Fingers crossed for the fall and winter.
It’s funny how we all react and think differently. I was excited for this palette too, because even though these shadows are all similar and all shades I probably have - they still remain shades I will wear on a regular basis. There’s a lot of palettes that I look at and love, but then realize I wouldn’t wear a lot of the shades regularly.
And I don't even care that some shades are similar to others she's done before. This palette is stunning and I'll definitely be picking it up when it launches in Sephora AU on Wednesday. The curation of the palette is gorgeous. Michele Wang called it "a study in bronze" and I am so here for it!
Mel, thanks for showing me that the bronze highlighter works as a check color! I thought for sure it would be too dark for me but, with a light hand, it looks really good over the cream blush.

When I first saw the bronze eyeshadow palette drop, I drooled and was thinking THIS may be the Natasha Denona palette for me. Your swatches are beautiful, but the first thing I thought of when I saw them was ABH Soft Glam, which is a palette I decluttered. Obviously different formulas, but I would love to see side by side swatches...

I was thinking the same re: soft glam! However I saw smokey glow's latest video on how problematic Norvina is and it's really made me think twice about supporting ABH as a brand. Plus I love ND's formula and being able to swap the pans out with her other palettes
I think Michele Wang said that there weren’t any dupes in ABH SG.
I agree with you Mel. I passed on buying it to test out b/c I just don't need it and wasn't excited about it!
Thank you for the cheek palette tutorial! I've been looking for a good bronze cheek blush/highlighter for a while but was on the fence about this palette as many TH-camrs with lighter skin found it tricky to work with. But your technique yielded some amazing results!

Speaking as someone that doesn't have any ND palettes and doesn't necessarily want to spend $129 for a palette, this is SO NICE and approachable! The 'Love' and the 'Sunrise' are VERY colorful and this is so beautifully neutral-ish. I want this baby! I can see why it would seem boring to someone with all the ND palettes though. Thanks for the review!

Her face palettes are so versatile--I love that you can use them on the eyes, lips, & obviously face. I get a lot of use out of them. So flattering on you & everyone I've seen it on & that I've used them on. Gorgeous Mel! P.S. I couldn't get the Metropolis palette yet, so this is why I'm diving in to the bronze collection & these shades are just my jam. I love her midi size! I hope she curates a true neutral palette in this size at some juncture.

I have so many bronze and gold pallets. But I still want it . I like that the cheek creams are a bit stiff. When it’s too soft it moves around . The cheek pallet is stunning.

I have been picking up so many cool and neutral toned shadows lately that my warm palettes DO need to be updated. I'm not sure this one is it though. I agree that the tones are just too similar if you take out the darks. The cheek palette on the other hand, looks amazing! Thank you!
I was quite excited for this palette! I got it the other day and while I like it I felt like I have done the same looks with other palettes I had so it was a disappointment. You still created beautiful looks even if you were not inspired!
Thank you for your honesty, you just saved me some money. I was trying to refrain from buying it yesterday so I used my Natasha denona Metropolis palette and I was able to do a beautiful copper eye with that. So for now, I think I will hold off. At least until there is a Sephora Vib sale!

I actually have both the soft glam palette and this one.
On first glance they do look so similar BUT the ABH one has more Matts vs. ND which has more shimmers. I think that is the main difference which really makes the ABH one more of a fall palette and the ND a summer one. As she also said though, the ABH also has some of those pink tones with which you can make a berry eye, whereas this one is pure warm brown golden shades.
As a Latina, who has very dark brown eyes and get even more color when the sun is out, I find this palette PERFECT for everyday looks but also ideal to shimmer things up for the evenings ^^
I hope she comes out with a mini bronze palette! Thank you for pointing out that a lot of the shades look similar on the eyes. I think I'm going to wait on this one.

I have had in my cart and loved how it looked on Chelsea and Alicia but my skin tone is like yours and I also feel that I can find most of the shades in my other ND palettes. The only shade that I would be interested in is the Rhodium one. Still on the fence about the face palette but love how it looks on you. Thank you sweetie! You are the BEST! Love you!

This is my first ever Natasha Denona palette so I’m excited 😬 i recently threw out some palettes (including the soft glam) because i had them for about 2 years and my eyelids were having some sort of reaction so I’m excited to try this palette.
I think everyone is all about that JLO bronze glow look. I really love the pallet. I don’t have soft glam or biba and although I probably do have warm tones in other palettes it will be nice to have them in one place. And I love love her cheek/face palettes.

I love the platinum but your natural brunette is 🔥 you look SOOOO Youthful!!!! I just switched from my platinum pixie, back to my natural dark brown color and was guessed at 35 years old, I am 52. So I am keeping the dark brown. Lol love you Mel !!!!
I've never used her cheek palettes and this one is the first to really call to me. I've only tried her tiny mini bloom which I do love. I wanna try this cream formula
I do really like this palette, I haven’t been into warmer tones much and have been wearing more cooler tones lately but this has been fun to play with! Although I was really hoping for a cool toned palette so hopefully that will be her next midsized palette!
I can definitely see this as an amazing fall palette and a summer palette as well. I passed on the Metropolis palette (cannot remember why) and now I am rethinking it, but I like the tones of the neutrals in the bronze palette and really contemplating it. I don't have most of her palettes and am looking for something like this. I am loving the first look you created, and the performance is amazing. I passed on the first two smaller ones (sunrise and love) I do have Sunset, Lila, Biba, Safari, some minis, missed Tropic again (sat on the fence too long so probably for the best). This is a nice mix of colors I would use alone and with other palettes. My eyes are Blue/shift to green or grey depending on what I wear and my hair color/makeup and I am neutral. I think I can work with these golds and bronzes more so than I can with some of the stronger golds in the Gold Palette. Actually, I love all the looks you created.
