I agree. Started doing this over 20 years ago to “reset” myself.

For those of us that can’t kneel for a long period of time due to back issues, can this drill be done while sitting on a lowered work stool?

Could we modify this drill to practise hitting the 3-wood off the turf?

Hi Sean. So basically it's teaching you to power the golf swing with your right arm. That's great if you are a hitter but it's a little counter productive if you are a pure swinger. I can't see Jamie Sadlowski doing too good with this drill using his normal technique of holding his crazy lag deep into the downsing.
Also, how does the ball go "straight". The toe would be much higher at impact then the heel, which means the clubface is pointing left of your straight line baseline. I guess you meant straight left? As in a pull?

Actually if you really take the lesson to Heart It teaches you how to use your legs! The majority of the power in the golf swing is in the thighs. There's a reason all long drive people have huge thighs! It's not about the hips turning

Geez, Justin needs to work on his public speaking skills before doing one of these again. Or find a better editor.

But yeah dude was stumbling all over the place trying to read the teleprompter.... seemed to me like he might've had a couple 24 cold ones beforehand.
