Golf pass are the ones posting the video so it doesn’t really matter. It was obviously filmed when he was with them but they didn’t use it right away, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t post it. Fitzpatrick or under amour aren’t the ones posting the video so I’m sure sketchers don’t give a damn about this lmao
I will never understand how these so called “golf coaches” worm their way into the careers of the world’s top players! We are talking about really great golf professionals who have a God given gift and ability to play this ridiculously difficult game at the highest level and pressure, and now suddenly this “coach” (who incidentally does NOT have the same ability or skills) thinks that he can improve the level of the tournament professional to the degree that he (the pro) will get even better! I’m all for the mental side of golf whereby a psychologist can help a tour pro with negative thoughts, a loss of confidence and other mental issues. But guys like Sean Foley, Pete Cowen, Hank Haney, Dave Pelz and many others, who have NEVER won on tour, take credit for “improving” a golfer who has won at the very highest level on tour. Money grabbing and fame seeking fraudsters! Why would you want an inferior player teaching a greater player, to play a game! They should be kicked out of the tours, and told to rather help the novices and amateurs.
and when a player gets the yips and loses confidence .... who do they turn to... their mom??? it is not the players at the top of their game that go to top coaches, the coaches get a reputation for being able to bring simplicity back to good players and regain the lost confidence,,,, of course it does not always work but they have a place.. or nobody would pay them
Crazy isn’t it, that when you hear Phil talking about Pelz or Rose talking about Foley they seem to genuinely think they made a massive difference! And like, Cowen had Stenson and Pieters from about age 12 so absolutely zero input I would think…

I thought grips with a flat side were illegal except for putters??
Some people practice with those grips on other clubs because it lets you feel the rotation easier I guess
