I actually had sleep paralysis a couple nights ago and it was the absolute scariest thing ever as I've never been in that state before where I couldn't move, couldn't talk, and felt an actual finger poking me in the center of my back.
There was a time where I felt like I woke up in my room even though it was just my mind.,. I kept opening my eyes trying to move even though I couldent-and eather way growing up I had sleep paralysis
