I am getting ready to work on my 1999 super duty v10. I have a question that I know you can answer for me and I would appreciate it very much do you have a email or way to contact you.
My 1999 f 250 v10 has condensation coming out of the exhaust can the intake manifold gasket cause that situation it’s never gotten hot 280,000 miles on it. I just think it’s not a head gasket.
@davidc7406 Are you losing coolant? It is slightly possible. I believe there are 4 coolant ports one on each end of the intake gaskets. But if you look at a new gasket the coolant port rubber and intake port rubber would need to fail in the right place at the same time. I imagine you would probably also get a lean code for the intake gasket leak.

Yes losing I am losing coolant only thru exhaust.
I should put the obd scanner on it. To see if there is any codes come up. Thank you for your time.
