@@Baumzockerrrock the cradle gives 1400xp if you do dirty ice on normal you get 900xp and hard gets you 1100xp. This takes 3 trips for easy and 4 for hard I would do normal until you get the skill where you can carry two bags at a time then do hard you can do it in two trips I haven’t tried speed running very hard but I know there isn’t enough loot in the private room and the red keycard isn’t where it normally is for overkill so it adds a lot more time (edit-apparently the guard in the basement has the red keycard so I may be wrong about it adding a lot more time) There is also an easier way to do rock the cradle I’ll try and find the guide I watched for it
I said in the video it takes practice and for me personally I haven't restarted once in the past week when soloing rock the cradle. If you're still interested I have a newer short on a better path that I found that may be easier for you and always works for me. 1 last thing, even if you restart a lot it's still faster than going the actual way.
It is fairly easy once you get used to it I just did it and forgot to check how long it took. I probably haven’t done it in a week or so and did it first try. There’s another guide on TH-cam that is easier I’ll try and see if I can find it again. Basically you skip the whole first part and pick the front door instead of the side door and run straight to the bouncers and steal the card and swipe it then let them cuff you(all unmasked) then you basically follow the rest of the video
If you read the description, you'd see that they fixed the old method of sprinting in the secure area in the latest update, so that method doesn't work anymore. But why stop to engage your two brain cells when you can instead make an uninformed comment? Retard and nothing else.
the old strategy you're talking about (that i invented by the way) has been patched, this one is outdated too since ive made a better one that is faster and uploaded it.

If you mean weapon and perk xp about 1.5k, if you mean infamy I think about 50? Not sure though
60 infamy for completion + 30 for stealth. 90 in total
