Emily grew up in the town next to me and she went to school with some of my friends :) So nice to see that she's stayed completely down to Earth. Love this trio of gorgeous, glowing girls!! Can't wait to try the yoga flow routine 😘
I just stock up on lots of fresh produce and snacks when traveling! Salads, sweet potatoes, bars, protein powder, and fruits are my favorite!
Ugh. My boyfriend reaaally loves to travel and has often talked about stealing me away with him on his trips. Being able to maintain a healthy lifestyle is honestly one (*one*) of the reasons I'm terrified to oblige. This helped put my mind at ease a bit, though I still don't think I want to hop on a plane anytime soon! ^-^'

I fly to Australia often and frequently take fresh veggies, chickpea snacks, protein bars, nuts and chamomile tea bags. After I steep the tea I put the tea bag on my eyes. So refreshing on that long haul flight and my eyes dry out sooo much otherwise. Rose water spray is another must for your face and immediately revitalizes you. Loved this coffee chat!! xoxo

I went on vacay today, and I forgot my water bottle!! It's a crappy situation to be in 🙈🙈 but I did pack a bunch of muffins and fruit 😄 I allowed myself a Starbucks coffee with almond milk (caramel macchiato yum) because I NEVER have them haha, and I guess it was my #winenotwednesday drink, since I don't drink alcohol haha 😄 I'm definitely gonna use all of these tips next time, and make a check list so I don't forget anything 💪🏻

I swear the food I had on the plane from Asia back to Canada made me sick. I seriously thought I was gonna throw up as we were landing, THANK GOODNESS I WAS FINE. I packed some dates too but on a 13 hours flight it just wasn't enough haha.
Airplane food, airport food, room service. I feel you girls. Haha it's my life. 💩 LITERALLY. The Hilton in Japan knows its me because I modify everything on the menu 😂 they say "ms. Delio******? Haha ya it's me hey. Oh yes! Right away ma'am 🙈"
