Hi! I've gotten in the best shape of my life with you two. Thank you. My question is regarding my calves. They're still kinda big. Slightly disproportional to the rest of me. They feel like muscle and a bit of fat. Any tips to make them slimmer? I've heard it's hard to shrink them even with diet and exercise.

The app doesn't work very well unfortunately. I think they are working on it.
