This is the most important sovcit case on TH-cam. She was drowning in her sovcit defense. The judge took away her right to defend herself based upon her foolish defence. She protested and the judge stood his ground. She was found not guilty when given a competent defense. It is a lesson to all sovcits that you are better off without sovcit theory. It is also a lesson to all judges that not only can you take away sovcits rights, but a judge actually has a responsibility to take away their right to self defend.

Buprenorphine is an alternative to morphine. Suboxone is the trade name for the combination of buprenorphine + naloxone. The 2 drugs are mixed together for the sole purpose of preventing abuse of buprenorphine. It's complicated, but if this guy had buprenorphine, he was using this in place an opioid. That is his "illness."
As for Ms. Christensen, I agree with the judge. I hope she has a new-found appreciation of the legal system in this country. In a nutshell, being an ignorant, foul-mouthed, contrarian is a 1st amendment protected right!

Well, the next time someone is loud and cussing in court the "contempt of court" charge may be "quashed" because one is simply disagreeing and using their 1A rights to verbalize their disagreement with "the Government". Judge Gauthier would you agree with that? Just saying. Might be in his future, would like to be in the courts at the time to see how that goes over. 😂
Police have to just let it roll off their backs, so I guess judges will just have to suck it up as well. 🤨
    Courtrooms could get Spicy! 🤣

It is actual illegal and is covered under Aiding and Abetting.
"Title 18, United States Code, Section 2, makes it a crime to aid or abet the commission of another crime and provides as follows: (a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces, or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal."
The words themselves are legal, what they are being used for is not.

That is an argument. It’s not a good one as the provision doesn’t apply to the situation but it’s an argument.

At some point, deliberately distracting an officer must be deemed a criminal offense. How much of insult, screaming, and physical moving about are you going to allow? All of it? Even if that keeps the cop from seeing a perp reaching for a weapon? "Free speech" today has been interpreted in a way the framers of the Constitution, IMHO, did not have in mind. They were thinking of voicing and writing political opinion, not insulting and harassing public officers. There may be jurisprudential considerations that tolerate insult, but to drape the Constitution on it is demeaning to the Constitution.
