It is my hope that they take this gentleman and lock him away for a long time. If he is guilty of what state of Michigan says that he’s guilty of, this guy doesn’t deserve to be out doing anything at his age he should know better than to do what has been charged. I don’t know what is the deal with this guy‘s memory, but he is making stupid ridiculous. Excuses for his conduct and that cannot stand. If he’s going to do something that disgusting to form, the man doesn’t deserve to be able to “go home” his home is the jail and he will remain there until time as he is arraigned and then sentenced for the violations. He’s got multiple charges. He doesn’t need to argue for every single charge that he shouldn’t have three charges and then another three charges, it’s just a guy running his mouth consistently and I agree with the judge $5 million should keep this guy hopefully in jail if not, we have something wrong with our legal system.
If this guy has health problems to the level, he claims to have and I’m not even sure if it’s right, he should never have done what he has been accused of and the first place. I have medical issues myself, but I know better than to do what this guy did and I would never do what this guy did. he wants to go home. He ended up running a red light and that’s not the way it works.
It is my hope that this guy gets exactly what he deserves. He is disgusting, vile ridiculous peace of trash and people that do what he has been accused of doing don’t get to go home when the day is through. May this guy rot in jail for the next 60 to 70 more years by which time he will be dead . I don’t know how many children that he made this porn for or with, but this guy deserves the highest possible sentence and the harsh possible penalty

That’s actually exactly how their mind works. Famous predator Jimmy Savile even voiced it and used it with his “philanthropy”; if you do more “good” deeds than “bad” deeds the bad cancels out. “Ok sure, little Jenny says she felt bad about what I did but does that mean all the times I taught kids how to spell Mississippi means nothing?! The years I dedicated to reading VC Andrews to the disabled (who coincidentally can’t speak or ever recall our time so they could testify as to what a good man I am, of course) have no value!”
      Yes. Literally yes.
And the stuff that’s particularly awful? “I do not remember that” I have heard the exact same excuse as this dude and his “memory loss” but you see that predator had a diabetic seizure and woke up in jail for abusing a 9 year old. You know how that just happens to diabetic people? Lmao

While, I know bond is there to preserve the rights of citizens not yet found guilty, I cannot understand why the rules don’t change after a conviction. Why would anyone follow the rules of probation, or change their behavior after being found guilty (ie-found guilty once, given a slap on the wrist; after some time, arrested again on the exact same charges), when they know the courts will likely give them another chance. Sex related crimes and stalking/harassment behavior is never taken as seriously as it should. Repeatedly given bond and/or reduced charges, despite showing a flagrant disregard for the courts orders. I don’t know that I’ll ever understand how these judges and prosecutors live with some of the awful decisions they make. At some point you have to place public/victim safety above leniency.

Family member had transient global amnesia, stuck in a rolling window of the latest 2-3 minutes, asking over and over where they were and what was happening. Luckily it isn't lasted a few hours but it was truly horrifying to see.
There is no way anyone in that state is sitting still during proceedings, let alone arguing in court. They'd be endlessly asking where they were and what was happening. You tell them, they get it as you speak, but it fades immediately and they ask again. Over and over and over.
As horrible as it was I'm glad he doesn't have it. He needs to be aware that he will never see freedom again, that his life is passing away behind bars.
His surgery also went from scheduled the next day to awaiting a call from his doctor.
He probably also doesn't have degenerative back disease, just a sore back from being a degenerate and bending down to talk at the playground.

@@TheUluxianpartial & full knee replacements are an example of surgery that relieves arthritis. slipped discs can be the result of arthritis weakening the spinal structures around the disc. surgery to relieve pressure that a bulging disc causes to the sciatic nerve is a fairly common procedure. surgeons that specialize in hand & wrist problems are most often treating people with arthritic diseases when they're not treating injuries. "arthritis" simply means bone deteoration that occurs over time and has a variety of causes so there's more than one type clinically.
all that aside, he probably is arthritic due to his age but he's most likely exaggerating the severity of his pain given how easily he sat still during this entire hearing. that's my armchair diagnosis from a fellow also-not-a-doctor 😅

Once I heard the charges he needs to sit there & hurt. He doesn’t deserve to be released from his pain.

I sat on a grand jury in a rural Texas county about ten years ago. We were required to meet once a month for six months to hear cases. I was horrified at just how many cases we heard that involved sexual abuse against children. I felt like I needed to bathe with bleach after some of the things that were presented to us.

Sadly, this didn’t just happen! As old as he is, as detailed as his justification & diversionary word diarrhea is, as comfortable as he is spouting his selective memory ailments but still able to list in detail all of his medical emergencies, and list all of his humanitarian bleeding heart efforts to help “raise” third world children into college graduates, there are probably thousands and thousands of victims in his evil, vile wake! I have great faith in the inmate population to give him is just rewards, when he is released from the infirmary!

"All I did was take pictures in my apartment" Oh DAMN! He just totally admitted to the charges.. I always hear warnings about this, but I have never seen it actually "happen".. Even his attorney clutched her chest like.. "uh oh". OK... so I have suffered from herniated disks and a TBI from an accident, and he is using correct medical terms and he absolutely grasps the medical conditions and how the work.. point is.. this guy is no "dummy" However.. "memory issues" Nope... then he went from "emergency surgery tomorrow" to "I need to be home to get my appointment date". He is intelligent, he is Evil, he is a kiddie diddler, and he is trying to use his intelligence to get out of being held accountable.. he is nothing but a monster. I don't believe in the death penalty, as that is just a get-out-of-jail-free card as far as I am concerned. If medically possible...I would absolutely opt for "brain in a jar" here.... let him float around with zero sensation and zero input other than his own perverted thoughts for the rest of his life.
