Sharp looking truck.
Love to colour!
Love GMC blue color. Is better than Chevy's northsky blue. This truck is beautiful. Love gas not diesel. Only change I would make is gray or tan leather....if available.
Hi, just a little thing, how about showing the window sticker and maybe mention the price. Thanks
Hey Allan, we include the MSRP in the body/description of every video. For example the MSRP of this rig is $83,258 CDN less any Discounts and Incentives. Roughly 60% of the time they come with a window sticker on them and 40% of the time they come in the mail and we stick them on after that's why I don't speak about them or show them very often. Hope this makes sense, appreciate the comment, cheers!
@@WesternGMDrumheller $83,000 Canadian is how much US?
@@davidm2645 Hey David, at "today's" exchange rate of 0.7693USD it would calculate to just under $64,000.
Probably close to 63k USD less the current incentives/discount programs!
How much can this gas 2500 Denali tow?
I'm thinking how can I import to my country...
I just ordered one should get it in a couple of weeks
Congratulations Matt, what country are you in?
WesternGMDrumheller I live in Green Bay Wisconsin USA
@@mattharper588 Nice!! Go Packers, home of the Cheese Heads...speaking of which why cheese heads?
WesternGMDrumheller Wisconsin makes a lot of cheese so years ago our neighbors to the south of us in Illinois started calling us cheese heads so we responded by calling them FIB’S which stands for Fuc#ing Illinois Bastards
@@mattharper588 ROFL well at least we know who escalated things, lol, never pick on Wisconsin I guess.
Good job
Appreciate the kind words Harlan, cheers!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👏👏 I love GMC
Mpg?
The Environmental Protection Agency doesn't rate the fuel economy of heavy-duty trucks. That said you should experience somewhere around 10mpg city 15mpg hwy. Canadian (imperial) mpg would look like 12mpg city/18mpg hwy.
👍👍👍👍👍
Open the hood Maybe?
I do in most of the videos however because my video's are unscripted its just me winging it from the top of my mind I sometimes miss some things.
Well done.
Appreciate the comment sir, cheers!
The parking sensors use RADAR, not SONAR... It's not a submarine.. Nice truck though.
I love it when people correct me bud, lol, just so your aware GM uses Ultrasonic Park Assist Sensors, not radar. The front sensors are accurate up to 4 feet (1.3 meters) and the rear up to 8 feet (2.4 meters). This tech is similar to the tech used in submarines my friend.
Can I have one

$83,000 for a gas truck?!
Canadian yes...same price as a top end Gas Ram Limited or Ford Platinum. But $83,000 Canadian is what $28.32 USD lol, JK, its actually about $58,000 USD.
Are you sure it is a truck, not a house they are selling?
@@WesternGMDrumheller $59,800 US dollar! But, is that the top model for that US price? I thought it would be more like around $72,000 US dollar!
Yes this is the Top model the DENALI Sierra 2500HD 6.6L Gas 4x4 CrewCab truck.
For the money was expecting a better interior, looks cheap inside
Hey Harold, appreciate the comment. I can't agree that the interior is cheap because it isn't. It's comfortable and functional but compared to a Ram Limited...the Ram Limited interior wins. But we win in much more important areas like drivetrain, reliability, towing and ride comfort. I wish GM did more with the interiors but alas they don't listen to me, cheers!
@@WesternGMDrumheller The RAM has that big screen. And news flash, IT DOES NOT WORK! RAMs are really unreliable. I would take the Denali thank you! I like trucks that are reliable.
Real fake wood wow!
Ya dude ,you see the price of lumber hahahaha
The gas version is awful on mpg
Hey Jack I'm not sure what your comparing it to? Many reviewers/media are reporting on average 17MPG US that's 13.8L per 100kms in Canada which for a BIG Heavy Duty Truck is great. Our old 6.0L and our competition consistently get 12MPG US so 17 is a big improvement...some reviewers are saying 20MPG but in my experience 17 is the right number. Lastly to be clear when your towing heavy loads 15,000lbs expect any of these numbers to drop by 40% on average.
I had a 2020 2500HD Denali and traded it in for the diesel. You were lucky to get 12 around town and 15 on the highway it was awful
The torque sucks. They should've added a turbo. But then no one would buy a diesel. Ford still has better options unfortunately.
When it comes to HD trucks GM and FORD are delivering a very good option with these NEW GAS ENGINES. The torque isn't like a diesel but it doesn't need to be it will still haul and tow great! BUT if your use to a DIESEL your going to feel like BOTH (GM/FORD) are underpowered because they don't have 1000 lb-ft of torque like the DIESELS do. So in the Gas you will hear your engine more and you will need to be at 4800RPM to get into the powerband vs only 1600RPM in a DIESEL but that's ok they are completely different engines they are supposed to be different and $10,000 less expensive too with ZERO emission issues! Appreciate the comment.
Ford has KILLED their Diesel with the Emissions junk. With just 54k on my F350 King Ranch I had to pay $3300.00 to replace the EGR Cooler (out of warranty) , then the Particulate Filter had to be replaced (under warranty) at $7000.00 if not covered. Hope GMC/Chevy has designed their Diesel better.
I'll keep my 06 lbz. I dont need cameras front sensors nor satellite radio. But the 6.6 gas engine could've had a turbo to help with economy and torque.
Hey Tony sorry to hear! The only problems we have been having with Emissions junk up here in Canada is the DEF tanks gel'ing/freezing (Below -30 Celsius) and them regening more often than you might think they need to which was a recall that has been fixed. Appreciate the comment!
@@tonycurran3629 GM goes through a cleaning pretty often to prevent this. Also GM has a turbo timer built in
He didn't say that you can't fit 8' sheets of plywood or sheetrock with the so called pro tail gate guard up, nor that you can't lower the tail gate down to the step to climb up the bed because you would damage the camera and bottons on the tailgate, engineers still too stupid to compensate for the huge price!
Francisco, if you look at GMC's Multi Pro tailgate, Fords first or second generation tailgate step, the Honda Ridgeline swingout tailgate or RIVEN's straight drop down tailgate ALL of them are better than a simple drop down tailgate and ALL of them DO have limitations and introduce a new level of complexity than a simple drop down tailgate. I would argue that if someone's simple enough to forget they have a hitch hooked up and they dent the tailgate I'm guessing they shouldn't have bought the one with the Multi Pro tailgate. Just like the guy with muddy boots that sued FORD for slipping off the rear tailgate step and hurting his leg he argued that FORD made it nearly impossible to use it in a work setting...he lost his lawsuit, lol. As for Costs a 2019 NEW BODY CrewCab SLT 5.3L 4x4 Sierra costs $340 LESS CDN than the OLD body style of the same truck in 2018 and you get the Latest Tech from GM and a Multi Pro tailgate. Appreciate the comment even if I don't see it your way, cheers!
@@WesternGMDrumheller you used a lawsuit that's completely unrelated to this, also, your long explanation for the shortfall of gmc engineers does cut it!
