- In this video, i will be touching on a question that i often see people asking in Ragnarok Origin Global and that is if you should sell your illusion card fragments for diamonds instead of saving for an illusion mvp card. I will be sharing with everyone my opinion on why you should or should not sell your illusion fragments and provide my rationale on why this is the case!

It's bugged me for entire time playing this game but in the end of the day its depends from our chracter progression. Since my diamond income is low I decide to sell my fragments to progress my character. I do want the mistress or osiris illusions for my priest but in the recent state I need more power to boost my game experience. I appriciated your opinion Kokky. Thank you!

yes. but it only give back to you for 400 frags
how about MVP cards (Phreooni), its too expensive for me to unseal it...what should i do? LOL
1. The divination, need whale guild that spend much on event auction so we can earn the diamond and nyan. And whale player in my server is stay in top guild only which the guild always full and no slot for f2p/casual player.
2. Team reward, need to be strong or have strong team, even so there always lot of stronger team. For weak team we can do angeling/deviling but time consuming since lot ppl there. At the end both of method still time consuming. Even just finishing CT, MA, daily, event, and mvp took half of my day 😢
Both of your extra diamond that mention is not easy to do, so IMO for most ppl, selling the fragment is worth bcs most ppl cant get enough diamond. So we still can catch up average ppl progress. The point of fragment is to get a card that can make us stronger. So if we can get stronger by buying chapter, feather, etc by selling the fragment, then its fine.
Imagine having ilu osiris card but title still blue and feather average still tier 2 😢
yep, im with you. sell all those for diamonds even on semi spenders. focus on what you have right now and be an asset to your parties not a liability. saving fragments instead of selling them will drastically slow your progression.
it all about prioritizing what you need at the moment, depending on your diamonds income per week.
in f2p/low spender perspective, you need to chose which to prioritize. You can't just buy all essentials in RO shop/Alfheim just because it gives you progress. Example, focus on refining items until all you gears are +10, then focus on another like statues, imprints or guild tokens. If you buy all of them weekly without considering your weekly diamond earning you will surely run out of diamonds before end of week and will force you to sell your illusion card fragments just to keep up.
IMO, selling your illusion card fragments should be your last resort and wait for new cards to be added.
and based on my experience, the best cards on the list right now are phreoni (anti parry LK, also good for physical dps), angeling & GTB (for paladin/tank builds).

Hello, any info about how much fragments and copies to 3* a illusion MVP card?
Nope unfortunately to even get it to lvl 1 u need 220 frags so it sounds like alot

Owl Baron Illusion that will come out wayyy later is quite useful for DPS .
after that i will just sell the rest.

For auto attack build like Sinx and Sniper , wait for newer update Illusion Owl Baron going to be available and personally thats the best illusion card imho

does the damage bonus of Drake illusion card and Owl Baron work with skills? I was wondering if Drake's 100% damage bonus would work with soul breaker? Would owl Baron work with any Physical Damage or Just normal atk?
Yes let's discuss this. I think drake is better it has 5% chance vs owl duke 3%. which is literally the same effect 100% additional damage vs owl duke 2x damage. What do you think?
I think drake is just translation problem where it has 5% chance to ignore target's size and deals 100% damage (not additional like in the translation), but in anyway.. Owl Baron is still better since it is supposed to mount on accessory and not in weapon so you can still use elemental/racial card together with side winder
drake card would be too OP if it ignore size and deal 100% MORE damage. like the fella said here, it's simply translation error. it deals 100%damage without size reduction and not extra 100% damage which is a double attack.
the worst part about drake card is using the weapon slot. Owl baron is a safer bet. unless 2H weapon is going to have 3 slots in future.

mvp reward for number 1 team is 10 fragments per player that participated.

good luck getting mvp reward top 1 when you are in a server with a lot of whales
As a tank you are almost always needed and can join whales instead of compete against them
the dopledanger card is good for players need attck speed cause i have that on my LK
waste of slot, you can get aspd/crit through verus/foods/enchants

gtb lvl 5 is solid for tanker
MDMG is quite limited for GTB to be worth it. Max awakened shield hp cards give u alot more HP for general purpose while Thara frog is going to be better for PVP.
@@KokkyGachas thara frog seems difficult to level hehehe but you can do both hunt thara for MA. i just really hate magic hahaha
