Ingredients :
800g chicken feet
1tsp salt (to put in boiling water)
ginger
green onion
some ice (to cold chicken feet after boiling)
garlic
chili
1 green lime
1 green or yellow lime
1tbsp cooking wine
½tsp salt
1tsp chicken powder
1tsp sugar
2tbsp chili oil
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp lime juice
some coriander leaf
