As a native English speaker I've never heard this expression 'a laugh riot'. I watch a lot of American, British and Australian tv and have never heard it there either. I think it must be very specific to Niharika's country. What is quite common is simply 'it's a riot'. Many natives will not understand you if you say '..a laugh riot'. Hope this is helpful.
There is no time to answer silly questions or pick up an argument. She might not be perfect but she is very sweet, kind and very helpful to non-native speakers like us.

Recently i watched brahmastra movie it was breath taking and graphics based movie casting was amazing there was Cameo of sharkuh Khan in this movie but his work was marvelous wonderful
