Wiring - Walthers crossing signal controller on DCC /DC Layout - Tutorial

After purchasing and letting sit in a box for over I finally took time to Wire Install and test out this controller used to the Walthers Cantilever Signals. While this added a nice visual to my layout, my review is mixed.
1) THE CONTROLER - The lack of Infrared capabilities causes the signals to come on in dark or shadows.
2) The Wiring diagram needs to be altered if you want this to work on a DCC layout. SOLUTION: Just find an old DC power pack and problem solved.

Overall its not bad although i may in the future try to find a controller with infrared capabilities. Stay posted for Updates to this Tutorial.
