In mario 64 games, 100% is based on how many stars there are so if the number of stars is 130, then 100% will always be 130

It does not count as a star (on the counter) so it's not for 100%, it's just an easter egg
Eh, I’m new to the whole Speedrunning scene. I just remember hearing about Donkey Kong 64 I think it was having a collectible which was just about obtainable and was undiscovered for a while. Then someone found it and they had to rule out old speedruns for 100%

Here's one I discovered. If you use the a gameshark code to get Mario to have any of the cap power-ups from the original game, the music that plays is the same music as the mini-game where you have to smash on those monty moles. I don't know if you knew that already, Kaze. Maybe you did since you made this game. I do find it interesting how a gameshark code is the only means of using the original cap power-ups as they otherwise do not appear.

Will you ever do a sequel because there are tons of more cool power ups you could use, like ride the lakitu cloud, the propeller hat from mario bros wii, the boo mario from mario galaxy, the oddessy hat which you used in mario oddessy 64 etc.
i've been trying that peach yoshi one, but whenever i try to do that 2nd BLJ, i end up clipping back through the barrier without enough jumps to properly increase speed, am i doing it at a wrong angle? has it been patched? or am i just stupid?
I don't know if you would consider this one an Easter Egg, but I found you can actually defeat the monkeys in course 7, if you chase them in the water. They give you a blue coin upon defeat. (Not that this helps because you can get infinite coins anyway. But if you want max natural coins, there you go) Capture the monkeys even though the toad toad you not to

there's no such thing as an a press counter, unless kaze coded one in of course.
Kaze I think I've possibly found the thing you've been hinting at, with not pressing A at all. I managed to get 3 stars without any A presses, and now every time I press B, instead of a punch, I do the "half A press" fastkick?

I'm guessing that peach yoshi's tongue looks like a platform is because the tongue needs to be separately loaded in the level and the platform uses the slot where it would have been

i don't remember for every single one, often, tons of people found the easteregg seperately. usually, you can search for the easteregg on youtube and youll find the people, many of these were found using hacks though
