Short-Term Memory vs. Long-Term Memory | Memory Techniques

I can quantify the terms short and long term memories mathematically. I can take time from ten digits below the decimal, (very fast very high frequency), short term memory, to the extremely slow, Extremexy liw frequency), long term memory.
I went to work for a firm which does nothing but keep track if time. they paid me to do nothing but keep track of my own time clock. (my job is a joy to me). January 1st I turned 30. I just received .my retirement notice a couple days ago. I got into my car, drove around the block ,as a symbolic gesture of freedom from working, then went back to work. man I love my job...
