You're right and we also have a birth right to the land and resources, so the government does indeed owe us all a certain amount of money because they sell resources to the corporations and they benefit from that. I think that is why they offer things like grants and such, but they definitely do not go out of their way to tell you that there is a birth right you have. They have turned the people into members of their nation which is foreign in nature, so we, when using that title of the legal person, become foreigners on our own land and now do not have a birth right, but privileges and benefits that can be taken away from us by them at their will.
It does work. The best way is to be a secured creditor. You can only go to prison or be drawn into "legal" trouble, if you submit to the fictional courts or governments jurisdiction. You need to send the US Person DEBTOR who issued you the bill or commercial charges a 1099OID to make them liable to you as your nominee under IRS Publication 1212 before you would attain standing to get these to work with your straw man as the payer and the US Person DEBTOR as the recipient. Once there is a record that the US Person DEBTOR who sent you the bill is your nominee (i. e. trustee/fiduciary over your SSN c'esti que vie trust) you would assess the value of the debt instrument they sent you as your income by filing a second 1099OID with the IRS listing the US Person DEBTOR as the Payer and your straw man as the recipient (the federal income tax withheld and OID reported on both forms would be the amount of the bill or debt instrument they sent you). You would then file either a 1040, 1041, or 941 along with a 1040-v, 1041-v, or 941-v and put "Pay to the Order of United States Treasury, Charge Said Sum to (name of US Person DEBTOR)" on the payment voucher and credit the tax refund to your social security passthrough account which was created for you when you received your birth certificate. The 1041 is then used to allocate the funds stored on your birth certificate trust account to the beneficiary which is supposed to be you the natural person. The result is that the US Person DEBTOR becomes liable to pay the tax bill on the commercial charges he issued your c'esti que vie trust, and you receive the tax refund as that trust's beneficiary. This method only works if you file the 1099OID with the IRS and walk around the earth appointing strangers as your trustee in commerce.

In June 2008, a few guys sent their birth certificates to the US T D to set up a prepaid account to discharge debt. They also tried to use the 1099OID. I then RECEIVE (via FedWire) the money YOU CREATED WITH YOUR SIGNATURE. Make sure the submitted DATA's enough for the IRS to find me. EIN or SSN is best.

Your mortgage exists because you traded an IOU for the amount of money you needed in exchange for money that didn't exist and the bank created out of thin air by typing a number into your commercial bank account. Nothing backs the money, the bank didn't have the money it loaned to you in the first place. The money comes into existance the very second you apply for the loan. The IOU you signed IS the full extent of the money involved in the loan. All the bank has is your IOU that says you owe them the amount of money you signed for. They didn't give you anything in return. Now that they have your guarantee of the amount of money they supposedly loaned you, they can use your IOU as a basis to extend other loans. All without actually having any money themselves. This is how financial bubbles are created. Fractional reserve banking means that banks can extend loans ad infinitum with money that only exists in the value of the IOU's they get from the people they extend the loans to. If too many people can't pay off their mortgage, the bubble pops, because, once again, the bank itself has almost no money. It's the banks that rip people off systematically by giving people nothing in exchange for IOU's AND asking interest on top of that. Interest that mathematically can never be paid off, because the central bank creates the money and determines the amount. Where are you gonna get money to pay off the interest ON TOP of all the money that legally exists? You'll have to borrow money to pay off the interest on the money you borrowed before, perpetuating the debt, resulting in foreclosures and confiscations of private property.
You may want to look up the etyomology dictionary to see exactly what a 'mortgage' actually is and consider how a debt can be paid with debt (fiat currency is debt created by banks from YOUR signature). But we all have an opinion I suppose.
Yes, if you are in any of the United States or any of it's territories, Title 26 applies to you. Unless you are going to claim that you are not human at all. Title 26 is statue/law that has been codified for quite a while, it is enforced the exact same way as any other law in the United States. Title 26, Section 1 imposes the tax on "every individual", Title 1, Section 8 defines an individual as any member of the species homo sapien.

HJR 192 is only a convention and is effected into law by statutes at large 73/10. I don't know if you know but the acceptor in cures all the liability unless it's a restricted acceptance.

The Government sells bonds, those bonds ARE the National Debt. Those are 'promisory notes'. People and corporations buy the bonds (loan money to the gov.) on the promise of future payment with interest. FRN's are currency, they would be the payment for any debt, just ike it says on the FRnote. Not all 'notes' are a promise to pay, in this case it is the payment itself. Does that clear anything up?

If you take what you make for the entire year, average the taxes you should be paying for that year, how much is that amount for each month? That would be 'already due', not really the amount due for the entire year. But unless you make very little money, you are not tax exempt.

You need to send the US Person DEBTOR who issued you the bill or commercial charges a 1099OID to make them liable to you as your nominee under IRS Publication 1212 before you would attain standing to get these to work with your straw man as the payer and the US Person DEBTOR as the recipient. Once there is a record that the US Person DEBTOR who sent you the bill is your nominee (i. e. trustee/fiduciary over your SSN c'esti que vie trust) you would assess the value of the debt instrument they sent you as your income by filing a second 1099OID with the IRS listing the US Person DEBTOR as the Payer and your straw man as the recipient (the federal income tax withheld and OID reported on both forms would be the amount of the bill or debt instrument they sent you). This method only works if you file the 1099OID with the IRS and walk around the earth appointing strangers as your trustee in commerce.

I see some folks talking about fraudulent negotiable instruments. They obviously have not read a memorandum on negotiable instruments. Some think that if the government didn't teach it to us in public school that it must be illegal.

The Government sells bonds, those bonds ARE the National Debt. Those are 'promisory notes'. People and corporations buy the bonds (loan money to the gov.) on the promise of future payment with interest. FRN's are currency, they would be the payment for any debt, just ike it says on the FRnote. Not all 'notes' are a promise to pay, in this case it is the payment itself.

shouldn't the IRS make the acceptance..or the pyramid ltd..as they are handlling teh collection after they have assigned the account recevable or contract to a payment provider (ie FACTORING ...)
u just write the payment order like a cheque...

at the present mo ..we use our income in the form of FED IOU (which has the lien on that portioned credit already satisfied ie INCOME TAX)

I have cleared all my 3rd party debts around $5000 just by firing then and telling them there is no LAWFUL way for me to close the debt thx to HJR 192 but ya its off my report! I alos added to the mail back form "THIS IS FRAUD" it worked so far 3/5 still fighting with the other 2

If you take what you make for the entire year, average the taxes you should be paying for that year, how much is that amount for each month? That would be 'already due', not really the amount due for the entire year. But unless you make very little money, you are not tax exempt.

@MrReadornot if you haven't already seen it I would recommend Aaron Russo documentary 'freedom to Fascism' for the low-down on tax/income tax payments from an American point of view. Robert Menard (Canadian) is probably the most knowledgable of all the 'Freemen of the land' and I cannot recommend one of his talks highly enough. He is at a stage where he can't be arrested for anything unless under Common Law, which means he must've caused 'harm or loss'. Very interesting stuff.
