In our experience, we have found that they don't seem bothered by each other's presence! While tolerating is different than preferring, we have yet to encounter any negative reactions. Most reptiles do best by themselves. As with most lizards paired together; two males will have the highest risk or territorial behavior. Two females generally get along, but each animal's personality is different. A male and female with usually get along, but will most likely breed. Viper Geckos especially, are a very prolific species. We would recommend two females per one male, to prevent over breeding or stress, onto one single female. Keeping animals similar in size is always safest. Are you thinking about getting any Viper Geckos for yourself? 🦎💚
