If say you are using the inverter as backup system that is no Solar Panels. If say the battery is fully charged will the inverter continue to draw power from the GRID and only draw power from the battery if the GRID goes off.
Can you set the inverter to take the load together but the grid to take preference. Therefore at night using the grid and only if the grid is not available at night use the battery (we dont want to use the battery at night unless there is no other option so only when the grid is offline - want to keep the battery for emergencies)

We have a situation when this Luxpower inverter is connected to Deye batteries, when fully charged, and Grid falls away the inverter does not take over. It goes dead. When battery is reset all boots upand takes the load. With any other type of battery it does not happen. No coms cable between inverter and battery. No solar. Can Luxpower follow this up as we have three exact cases currently.

I would really appreciate it if you guys did a video where we the installers can learn to set up these programs on the inverter rather than using an app. With your competitors, we are able to do the settings online. For example Growatt, Deye and Sun-Sync we can do the settings on the inverter then the client is the one that can monitor and make changes according to their preferences and understanding. With Luxpower it seems as of everything is done remotely which is tedious for some of us.

@@LUXPOWERTEK we had a bad experience with the client but it jas been sent back to the supplier....there was/is no one that could help with error codes 28 and 29. In the end I brought 2 inverters out of my pocket to save face.

Hi Sir, thanks for your reaching out. You can set the working mode to be AC charge with the time during 00:00~23:59.
