    Man this Conde 'Esteo' classical is a great sounding guitar just plucking one string open is very lyrical. Thank you for the lesson and demonstration as always.

    just bought a classical guitar after seen john williams live. He played el ultimo tremolo and I am determined to learn it. After 9 years of playing electric/steel string it is quite a job.

    just take it slow brotha it took me a few months to get a tremelo to this speed at the begining my teacher always stressed learning slow and taking it one bpm up a day on a metranome and you dont know how true it is so many people go way to fast way to soon the time you spend on it will pay off in the end hope your study goes well!

    I had been trying to use this technique for a couple of days now and I had zero progress. Now that I watched this video, I made some progress in 15 minutes. I was doing everything wrong. I have a question, though. Is it absolutely necessary to have long nails to play tremolo? Gracias!

    Adam is a great guitar player but you can hear his nails scratching the strings too much on this video.

    • @daveydoodle1916
      @daveydoodle1916 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Joel Salazar I agree! Nails Scratchy. He recommends nails first I don’t like that sound. I think Flamenco thinks play fast and tone comes second? That’s what I noticed I am be wrong?

  • @riojimatsuoka

    Although you have a nice tremolo and you seem to know what you're talking about, I just don't like the bend in the wrist. If you lift your guitar a bit (45-55 degrees), you have the same angle but then without the bend in the wrist which means no injuries. Whether you play flamenco or classical, it shouldn't matter. I don't do traditions, I only care about the best result.

    Nice video. His nails are too long, though. Makes the guitar sound plasticy/tinny. Proper nail length is just a tiny bit extended from the fingertip.

    i completely agree. this lesson is completely useless. can't see a thing.
