I would say that this house ranks above decent as the price is very good, the layout with the rooms not leading straight out into the living room is a MASSIVE plus and the amount of land/living area is very good... This is one of the way better priced housing seen on the countless amount of channels that seem to be selling houses in Thailand... Still think that the Thailand housing market has way too high prices, but as said this one is more on the decent side :) so good job with showing us this one
@@daniels3834 There is an initial lease registration fee of 1.1% at the land office, then fees for subsequent future actions (transfer/renew/cancel lease, etc) at the land office. To work out what that 1.1% equates to, is where you really would be advised to use a lawyer for any property transaction.
