02:48 Does Ms Hendricks sing her opening phrase in a single breath? I can't readily recall ever hearing that before; most sopranos take a breath after the initial 'Christe'. Incredible! I'm also taken with the recording in that the choral tenors come through the texture.

Ascoltare Mozart è come raggiungere immediatamente il Paradiso. E mi ritengo un non credente col dubbio!!! Questo Kyrie, poi, è una delle piu' superbe pagine del piu' grande genio della storia della Musica!!!
