I really dislike how, when it was finally chance for the Grass starter to be the best one (Like this was a proven combo, speed + Protean, both Greninja and Cind already showed this), they still somehow made BOTH the other starter better. It didn't help that they added Tera and nerfed Protean at the same time. What is really ironic to me is that just last generation they added Rillaboom which would been the best starter any other generation but they added the only thing that could have outdone him, a fast Protean starter. Truly this generation's starters are monstrously good which might be a good thing overall but it was finally my grass types turn to shine.
