I don't understand what Man City have done wrong that affected them on the training pitch and on the pitch that everyone is getting their knickers in a twist about
I would question the validity of any criminal... especially one who was charged for extortion
They are released to the German & French authorities as they’d be buried here.
Is evidence obtained in illegal ways admissible in court ?
Depends. CAS ruled it was admissible. Another body may see it differently but seems unlikely they'd rule it out.
I think Simon Jordan needs his hard drive checked!
That sounds more sexual than you probably intended it to be
Just some criminals trying to be heroes...weak attempt
THANK YOU
Its impossible to prove the over value charges . City obviously value things differently than the premier league. As do Chelsea. And villa. You have to go on an accountancy course now apparently to support your local team. No one said a word when utd were buying the dearest players. Or when arsenal were done as cheats.
Man Utd generate genuine income whether you like it or not. City struggle to fill the stadium most of the time. Are you telling me they have a worldwide fan base that generates the revenue streams they talk of? Sponsors will put vast amounts of sponsorship in, if there’s even more to come back through that association. Simple business.
Shocker the team who won for 20 years and has a worldwide fanbase and the largest revenue for a sports franchise can afford to pay for top players. Do you even think about what you type? The revenue affords them to have a higher cap on spending.........
it's not 115 financial charges, there's a little over half a dozen financial charges the rest are related to how City did or did not cooperate with the investigation.
@steveforde7475
It IS 115 charges, with the most serious arguably non compliance with the investigation (allegedly still ongoing)
@@dstewusa7054it's not 115 charges, it's 5 charges, 115 breaches.

@@kadarabdullahiHe may potentially save football.
The fabric of football business is involved with decades of financial and political corruption. Fifa and Uefa received hundreds of millions to reward certain countries with hosting tournaments. Now they’re after a club owner who brought top player and staff and improved premier league
He at least improved his team. If City are guilty of breaking rules which are really questionable....fine deal with the punishment. This massive outcry to bring them down before the guilty verdict is pathetic though. Because the fact is ...an owner investing his money, not yours or mine, into making a once successful club successful again is no real crime now is it? 🤨
There are different type of hackers . Ethical , white or black hat . It depends so that the evidence could be used
Can Netflix or Amazon make a documentary about this hacker please?
Pretty sure Netflix alreadly has done, it's pretty cool, man city is just a tiny part of it, the other stuff is wilder

@@drep9028 I understand the point you're making..but if in the F1 a new competitor turns who has the best driver, engine, pit crew etc without having earned to be F1 by going through organic levels of growth then it's not right and ultimately not good for the sport in general.
Eg tomorrow someone else can come in do the same and year later someone else..what you find is that long term competition becomes defunct because it's about who has most money not who can nurture and grow talent.
'hacker' does not mean imply nefarious intent. We have 'legit' authorised govt entities whose primary method to 'protect' is to perform a 'hack'
if there was information about someone cheating, or planning to steal from me, or planning to murder me. i wouldn't care how the information came to light - i'd care more about the information itself.
Fortunately you're not the law.
well you said it exactly. Man city didn't murder anyone, nor plotted to commit one. listen to Simon clearly. check your ears coz you're not hearing right
How do you prove they aren't doctored? The common sense thing to do is to beef up your security just in case no?

@american.imperialism typical clueless inbred yank
The reason Simon is probably is because the FA is doing nothing. Actually, the European Court of Arbitration might step in
Everyone believes in hackers. The world is messed up.
Pinto said he was shocked at the amount of tax evasion and dodging he discovered in his hacking career.
Presumably he is going to declare all his extorted ill-gotten gains to the proper authorities and will happily pay the large amount of tax due on it.
Anything else would be criminal , but I suppose he could add it to the 377 other criminal charges he faces.
Oh, and part of his sentencing was that he cease his criminal activities , yet here he is touting more illegally gained material.
He’s either a bit thick or he thinks he’s above the law.
He isn't at it again. This has been requested by the prosecutors. In other words he is being compelled.
Thats not how the law works Jordan😂😂😂...if you murder someone and hide the body in your home and some robbers trying to rob your home and found the body and contact the police...you're going to Jail😂😂😂
The difference is that you can fake documents but can't fake a dead body..Use your brain next time
isn't this like someone saying that I found something dodgy in your house when I smashed in and robbed it. begs the question why are people acting on evidence obtained illegally . aren't they aiding and abetting a crime
I would not say they are aiding and abetting a crime exactly BUT they are setting a precedent. He did claim he has leaks from other clubs and players. Watch this space
All that money City have put into football. All the tax that they've paid. Shocking.
All the artificially inflated sponsorship deals. All the contempt for other competing clubs that DID follow the fairplay rules. All the stolen trophies... Shocking.
What part of cheating do you not understand, if the rules were broken then they cheated. Rules are Rules. Why is it fair that City got an upper hand on the rest of the league for almost a decade. Who cares if the have BIllion's to invest, they have to follow the financial rules like all of the other clubs. City fans are blinded by their own success. They just choose to overlook the fact that they potentially cheated. If City are found innocent of all the charges then they can take the moral high ground. Until then be quiet and wait.
@@temporaryuseraccount0012 All the other football clubs that benefited from the investment, Shocking
like armstrong bringing american money into european cycling. yay
@@hotdog9262 it's nothing like that but you can pretend if you want to and anyone that says "yay" I'm guessing does a lot of pretending.
Simon cannot say the City should not have 115 charges. They broke the same rules repeatedly, year on year. Where was this argument when Everton were charges and punished twice for the same breach in different years.
Ahhhh another mongo who can’t understand there are different kinds of cases
You can’t say that every other club in football has always followed the rules. Who do you support?
So what if they are guilty. Inflating a few sponsorship deals to increase their revenue is not crime of the century! Furthermore, those sponsors are all owned by Sheikh Mansour so he should be able to do what he wants with his own money. This is why city are taking legal action against the premier league because it’s unjust and should be allowed.
@@Cityzen567I find it hilarious that average football fans pretends to give a monkey about where the money comes from. Money is money and that is where the jealousy comes in. Where is the moaning about Liverpool’s blood money? The other FFP charges? Arsenals Littlwoods “financial doping”. Can we get actual financial statements this time? That would be nice.
You can't have it both ways@rakimrobinsonMCFC
City's lawyers have said the emails are real.
Wasn't his evidence used as part of the original UEFA investigation? I think it was part of the defence for City that even if the alleged info is legit if it's obtained illegally it can be made inadmissible. Probably also the reason it can't be released or else it's basically a mistrial as it biases the verdict in advance (although this happens in most legal proceedings anyway). Assuming that he's now suggesting he's found more.

Although the information has been achieved by a hacker, it shows the self-evidency that Manchester City have broken many FFP rules, including PSR and APT rules.
Mind you, they would not release those documents voluntarily. It's the same with them not admitting any wrongdoing. I find that morally unacceptable, even downgrading. If City admitted (even some of) their breaches, they woud get at least a little respect for being honest.
