Do you have any videos on the rear view mirror buttons and led indicators on the rear view mirror on a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan? I can't find anything on Google about the rear view mirror AND there is nothing in the owner's manual.
First try checking fuse M26. If fuse is good you will have to pull out the power mirror switch and test it if it gets power. If it does and power mirrors are not working then problem is in the switch. If it doesn't then problem could be in the wiring somewhere and you will have to follow it

The clock spring does nothing for the buttons. You should feel bad for being so wrong.
