I do not have the sway bars installed as yet, (they are on the way), but I still wanted to see what kind of wheel speed it was with a 3s Lipo. I am using RC4WD 2.2 sized Out Cropper tires, and they are mounted on very slim aluminum rims. Everything on my bomber is stock (other then the wheels, tires and Snorkel). It did very well in the water in mud, but somewhere along the day, I heard a weird clicking sound. I will investigate it more to see what it is in future films. For now, I was stoked to get down and dirty with this rig.. and I sure am glad I added a snorkel.. I needed it today.
A lot of viewers ask me questions about the products I use, so here is some information about stock bombers.
Axial RR10 Bomber Features:
BFGOODRICH BAJA T/A KR2 TIRES - S30 COMPOUND: BFGoodrich® tires have proven to be the ‘go-to’ tire for numerous racing victories. Axial’s version of this tire captures the same aggressive look and provides remarkable performance on a wide variety of surfaces. This is the perfect tire for this style of vehicle due to its high level of performance and diversity.
KING ADJUSTABLE ALUMINUM SHOCKS: The included aluminum King Shocks feature precision machined pistons which offer smooth performance throughout the range of travel. Made to tight tolerances, these aluminum shocks feature clear coated polished aluminum bodies and are threaded for quick ride height adjustments and pre-load tuning ability. The rear shocks are mounted on the links rather than at the axle, allowing for more suspension travel which is better for high speed handling.
FORWARD MOUNTED EASY ACCESS BATTERY TRAY: Remove two body clips to release the front hood for access to the adjustable battery compartment. The compartment features ample room for securing 2S/3S LiPo batteries.
EASY ACCESS TO ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS: All electronics are routed and part of skid plate assembly. Simply drop the skid plate and remove the shocks at the chassis to gain access to the electronic components.
DUAL SHEAR SHOCK MOUNTS: All shock-mounting locations are dual shear with optional secondary shock mounts allowing for dual shock setups.
MULTIPLE SHOCK/LINK POINTS AND SWAY BAR MOUNT: A variety of shock mounting points have been added for running dual shock setups and for additional suspension tuning options. On the skid plate you'll find two front upper link mount positions and three rear upper link mount positions. For additional rear suspension tuning, you'll find a sway bar mount connected to the cage, under the fuel cell. Optional sway bar sold separately (AXI31331).
SCALE DETAILS: Realistic scale details include: polycarbonate interior tray with molded driver figures and dashboard, three pairs of black styrene helmets (motorsport, open skull-face and motocross), scale molded shock reservoirs, fuel cell, and RR10 - licensed Bomber Fabrication scale tube chassis.

Hey medic, I have an axial scx10 g6 falken edition it is completely stock except for the ess one sound system I put on. The problem with it is that the motor is getting to hot. We went to beach last weekend and the motor burned out but luckily the next day it started working again. I guess it just had to cool off. Do I need to get a fan for it or us something I put together wrong after I finished water proofing?

One of two things. Im sure youve heard about axials new crawler but it was just curious if you are going to reveiw the vehicle. Second. When you do two different angles in the same frame/video section, you should try putting it side by side. Just suggesting. Have a good day.

I own a hsp 1/10 scale nitro vx-18 engine stock and like how the bumpers have springs to absorb the shock. but they do not run on a full tank as long as an electric does with a full charge

Hey, I have an Exceed RC Mad Torque ordered and it will be at my house in the next couple days. My question is, what type of connector is used for the battery? It isn't Deans connector or any other connector that I've seen before. Just want to know so that I can get a spare battery with the right connection or an adapter for it. Thank you!! i can't wait to get a bomber lol i have the wraith right now that I'm slowly turning into formula off road all its missing now is to go brushless. the bomber just looks sweet it would be a good replacement stock wraith that i might even convert to brushless lol.

in my type of mud its thick red georgia clay so similar here but when you start dinning youll never stop digging so brushless power and wide tires that dont hold mud very well is the only way to get thru

What were you doing to the drive shafts at the start of the video? I've just got myself a bomber and i'm trying to learn all the stuff i need to do to take care of it.
I was adding marine grease (a more-water resistant grease), to the bearing areas. I was doing this to protect the bearings from being exposed to the mud. It only helps prevent rust... but its betters better then just leaving them exposed. wd-40 does not work as well. Hope that helps. I do have many helpful videos on maintaining or waterproofing your trail trucks
