IMO, the ACTH test is the holy grail. get good sleep, wake up, have someone drive you to get the test early in the morning (avoid conversation). there is a high dose test which is more accurate than the low dose test. expect to be in the doctors office for 1.5 hours. baseline blood draw, an injection of cortisol, 1/2 hour blood draw, and finally an hour blood draw. make sure you get good sleep the night before, and do very little prior to the test (nothing to create stress). if done right, it will be a test for Addisons, and if not, it is just a test for fatigue. make it count!! either way have it done twice - a few months apart maybe in the winter season and then the summer season. also, the doctor needs to order the cortisol the day before or so, and keep it in the refrigerator. - call the day before and make sure he is set for the test (again it helps keep the stress and worry away the morning of the test.

Every single one of these symptoms, but it took over three months, four hospital stays etc etc. I even had a bone marrow test (very painful) then two consultants agreed that I had sarcoidosis. Of course I didn’t and it took my GP to diagnose me. Ten years on and I’m fine, it doesn’t hold me back at all. I’ve had two Crises which involved hospital stays, one in Cyprus whilst on holiday. Is a nuisance and I have to be careful. I’ve now had six (yes 6) covid jabs and have escaped so far. Fingers crossed for the winter and I hope to live to a ripe old age. Do t let it get you down, live sensibly with it but don’t let it own you xx

Thank You Dr.Arore “hope lam spelling your name correctly 😀 thank you for posting your videos, that’s a beautiful baby too , I have some thing going on , lam trying to find out what it is , been trying for years , my guess is people have these autoimmune diseases and they are destroying our organs before we get a diagnosis , l think anyone that has cancer , diabetes, high blood pressure starts out with a autoimmune disorder that just my opinion ! God Bless you and your Family 🙏💕💙

The hyperpigmentation doesn’t ever go away? I’m fortunate to only have a mild tanned appearance presently with more hidden hyperpigmentation where I’ve had superficial cuts and scrapes at the moment, but I know that many have far more severe hyperpigmentation as well

I’ve had postural hypotension for the last 5 years and it never shows up when I see the Dr. I can’t bend over or get up from a squatting position without getting lightheaded and having to pause. I’m pretty sure I have severe adrenal fatigue and that needs to be healed.

I believe I had Addison's prior, I def have LC, but it's only now I've worked it out. I think Addison's might make ppl susceptible to post viral complications especially autoimmune
