nuculearpancake17 he never disappeared, it takes a while to make these types of animations, it takes a lot of time, effort, and patience. I'm more than sure Kenshen is a busy man with little time as it is. Bottom line, you can't rush art.
Like BatBrick said, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_motion Is probably the most time consuming way of animation. Given that video looked preaty smooth for a stop motion, I am not suprised it took this long.
