The video I’ve been waiting for.😊 your new truck. I have the same one, but black. My only gripe are the mirrors are small and close to the body making it hard to see my 16’ trailer. Best truck made right now. ❤
@@eddiehaskell5578your right I just got a couple of those round stick on mirrors and that did it i usually drive a van and those are a must anyway your right on that
I like having a locking tailgate so it doesn't get stolen. Mine has to be done with the key though. It doesn't have the auto lock with the fob. I have to open the gate at every stop to get my tools so I just lock it at night since it is parked outside.
Thanks for honest tell it like it is review, your 2024 Frontier is a good looking truck. I hate the start stop too and who doesn’t, also I hope Nissan can get the driver seat right one day, the ball joint snafu is a bummer but it will get fixed, in the meantime hope you enjoy your new truck, if it was mine, I would leave it stock OEM with no mods or changes, I been through that kind of stuff, just drive it and you’ll have less problems and headaches. Have a good one.
Hello, I hear ya about seat. I like to do some small mods, and leaving it alone is just fine with me too. Definitely some different wheels. Thank you for watching.
If you don't already have a clip board, hard hat and orange vest, that should be your next mod. I'm trying to buy a Frontier too but they all come in commercial white.
Hello, hahahaha I hear you. I have had about every color of frontier. Thought I’d try white, the graphics really break it up and looks sharp. Thank you for watching.
I have to work out of mine every day and the sides are too high. I want to lower mine. Not because I like lowriders, but to make it so I can easily reach over the sides to grab and to load. So i would like to see you lower in a way that doesn't change the ride. Or even soften it up just a tad. Usually when you lower a truck the ride gets stiffer. You also lose suspension travel or hit the bump stops. It also throws off the alignment. The top of the tire leans too far in when turning in and too far out when turning out. By lowering just the spindle that wont happen but no one has a 2" drop spindle for our trucks. LOJ says they will be designing one but haven't done so yet. For the rear you can get the kit that moves the axel on top of the leafs but that lowers it 4 or 5 inches. So if you only want 2 or 3 inches, you you have to get shackles that raise it a few inches. You can remove 1 or two of the leaf springs but then you won't have the load capacity you have now. You wont want to throw 2500 lbs back there if you go that route and your towing will also be affected. I never carry more than 500 lbs so it is an option for me. The bump stops on both the front and rear would have to be raised. The front wouldn't be to hard but the back would need the frame notched a few inches to keep it from bottoming out. For these reasons I would only go with a 2" drop on the front and maybe an extra inch on the rear to level it. But the 1 to 200 lbs I am always carrying does that so maybe just a 2" drop on the rear. I never go off road except some flat dirt roads so ground clearance is not an issue for me. I only have a 2 wheel drive and both tires get traction. So it goes just about anywhere a one legged would struggle with or get stuck. Dropping 2" would pretty much bring it to where the previous gen Frontier is stock. And that is higher than a stock S10 which is what I had before with a factory 2" drop. Xtreme. It was nice to work out of because I am short but inconvenient at times even though not often. There is only one lowered 3rd gen on TH-cam. A Hawaii dealer offers them. The only lowering kits available use springs on the front so the suspension is put in a place if you compressed it with weight. That would eliminate 2" of travel on a truck that barely has enough travel already. Which is why a drop spindle is the only viable option for me.
Back in 2022 I bought the sv king cab in white looks like his I have always had a Nissan pick up truck in my roster of vehicles I don’t drive it a lot but when I do I love it and it’s priced right trucks can get very exspensive the big fords and Chevys can be a lot so this Nissan is a bargain for moving stuff great truck over all
So sorry, crew cab really? Short box? No thank you. That is why we got an suv besides the truck too. Why have suv with a small bed. A 6’ bed is small enough. Sorry for the bluntness.
I watched your video on 2022, among others, and decided to get the Frontier 2024. My first truck, and I love it. I got the exact truck you did, except it's even more basic. No extras. But It does have the start and stop feature, and I notice that when I step on the brake all the way down, it turns off, but if I leave my foot on the brake, it stays on. Have you had the same experience? Great video. Thanks for your insights into the truck. Please make a video for that button and add that wireless charge to the truck.
Hello, thank you for the nice comments. I find the truck just decides to turn off at a stop when ever it wants. It’s super annoying. I got the wireless charger I just got to put it in. I’m getting new wheels too. Thank you for watching.
Put some AT tires on, one size up should be fine as it would match the tire size on the Pro4x. Maybe a small 2 inch lift, but a real suspension lift, not blocks and spacers. Or just leave it stock because it's beautiful the way it is.
I have 2024 Crewcab 4x4 LWB 6' bed. I live in a hot area so i always have my ac on, it wil negate your engine shutoff feature, just a tip. Also to be honest, when it is on, i dont even notice the engine on/off feature when i come to a stop.
@@Commentleaver-c6x Went out and checked. Unfortunately I do have it. Out here in Cali ac is always on so didn't notice it. Did go out and disconnect the battery ground just the same.
Why they make truck wider in the front and wider in the back and skinny on The Middle , they just wasting the space in the Middle where the driver and the passenger goes in it 🤔
Hahahaha, well, I can honestly tell you I am not a pilot. I do have a drone, so does that make me a drone pilot,…..maybe. It actually is a very super nice comfortable shirt that is only half of the story because my young son has the other half that says copilot so I try to inspire my son to learn new things and explore things with his mind so when I wear the shirt, it reminds me of my son. When the AC is running heavy, the auto on/off won't shut off. If you're idling without a load, the auto on/off kicks in.

New Pro x here. Doesn't seem like my truck has the start stop feature. Im confused now.
