I used to have a dull face. But then I got glowing skin without pimples and dark spots by following these steps. -: 1. Ensuring I drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water every day. 2. Eating carrots or drinking carrot juice every day. 3. Adding Littlextra Ricebery face wash into my daily skincare routine. It contains black rice water, which has been shown to provide 10 times more skin benefits than ordinary white rice water. 4. Going to the gym and sweating like anything. 5. Hello doc, will it be ok to apply serum in your face with different brands of skin/facial Care used?
What happens if I actually use 10 drops or more per face quadrant
It probably will just be wasteful? Bcs the skin can only absorb so much and serum in general is costly. You also don’t want to overstimulate your skin with whatever active ingredients there are inside the serum since it is usually designed to be potent. Just my thoughts. It’s much better to use little but consistently, than a lot at once but infrequently.
