In Madou Monogatari, the precursor to Puyo Puyo, using Diacute multiple times powers up the next move that isn't Diacute by the times you've casted Diacute. For example, using Diacute 5 times and Bayoen right after. Ba-ba-ba-ba-bayoen!
Who thought this was a good idea to change the voice to something horrible?! If they ever bring the back of that voice I will change the audio to Japanese. (Like I did with Space Dance.)
@Alyssa Conners If you play Puyo Puyo Tetris on PC you can switch the voices to Japanese though settings > audio. Not sure about this one though, because I downloaded the PC version translated.
Carbuncle's AI is just cracked as he's meant to be a super boss, and with his dropset being capable of stalling so easily, in addition to easy mode having you use only 3 colors, games against him can go on forever
the only part taken over is midgame. like if you get a chain that beats the opponent you just win. fever fixes this mostly. definintally not without issue as shown.
Why does Raffina sound like she's saying "frill" when the word is "grêle"? Or pronouncing "etincelle" in an Italian way? Also, *T A - D A* xD Thanks for showing why I hate this game. Fever Mode just needlessly prolongs everything, when all I want is for the boulders my chain produced to just crush the opponent already! X_x; (Not to mention the ridiculously high amount of trash in general...SIX CROWNS!?! O_o;)

It's also a carryover from older Puyo Puyo games that had the same record skip effect when you finished a big combo.
