No offense, but i suggest you do some research on the topic. I'm getting my information from Kreekcraft, he went to talk with the FTC in person. TL:DW of the situation is that they only want clear cut videos that are made for childern. They say that context WILL matter, and that they are aware that not all animation and such is for kids. They want the Dora The Explorer style stuff and those nursery rhyme videos. Also, it would be way too costly and time consuming to take down every video the see fit beucase they have to launch a full investigation on videos that are fully violations. On top of that, they wont fine the full 42,000 dollars but instead do an amount that fits the creator's budget. Enough to hurt, but not enough to destory then entirely. Also, they said they know what bronies are. Hope that paints a picture for you.

I love it but, any time a non OC is used as the art, i always find it weird to imagine myself in really OOC scenarios. like Elincia never mentions her mother, her father dies before you even find out who she actually is, Duke Renning is missing. she was raised in secrecy. so i thought, going in "oh i guess im Lucia/Geoffrey". then she mentions her father being ill being looked after her mother- that a girl said its her fault her dads dead when she was 11- Geoffrey and Lucia despite both being knights have a very similar "Story" to her, being raised alongside eachother. so maybe im Ike? no wait dear friend since childhood? and if her father is alive she hasn't met him yet and Ike was made a temporary lord and general. basic, being a huge lore nerd ruins muh immursion.
