Interesting video, I like that when you find something you like you stick with it. Most of the products you use I haven’t seen here in the US. My new year resolution is to not buy anything new until I have used up what I have. Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us in the new year, I hope it’s a great one for you ‼️

I’ve only just started putting more time into cleaning my cars , I’m now finding that it’s great for my ADHD as it helps to clear my head ( my brain never stops), earbuds in , music on and a much calmer brain when I’ve finished, and a nice shiny car too 👍 I took your advice from the video “ if I had to start again” I think it was called and I think I bought everything on the list 😁 I had the same trouble as you with the Karcher hose so bought the reinforced rubber hose from in2 detailing, no more tangling or kinking (not good for someone with ADHD) 😡 and the short trigger gun too. Looking forward to watching more of your videos as I learn easier by watching rather than reading due to my Autism. Thanks again and keep up the good work
I really enjoy these videos because they often introduce me to products I've never come across before. I'm primarily aligned to Bilt Hamber (Snow Foam and Glass Cleaner), Gyeon (Wet Coat primarily but I'm a sucker for the packaging) and Garage Therapy for wheel cleaning with CarPro Pearl for dressing. I had PPF applied by Topaz Bristol and have used some of their detailing range which I've found to be good too. As ever this hobby can fill up your 'shed', 'garage' or house with so many products! All the best for 2025 Heather and it's great to see you are still enjoying the MX5 :)
Great video and choice of products. My favorite products this year has been all been from Mitchell & King. Particularly Endurance. Easy to apply and remove and leaves a good amount of gloss.

Great video Heather - always enjoy them. :) My three favourite new products in 2024: Koch Chemie RS Reactivation Shampoo - brilliant for refreshing Ceramic Coatings. Bilt Hamber Trace-less glass cleaner (new less smelly formula). AWESOME at what it does. I love Gyeon products, (great quality and packaging) so still use Wet Coat as you showed - but a new one is Labcosmetica Beneficia. Really effective rinse coating that seems to last forever!
I used Bilt Hamber glass cleaner today for the first time......lovely to use, glides over glass, no smears, and smells lovely. Completely outperforms AutoGlym Fastglass.
As a DIYer here in the States I really enjoy DIY details products, I would also like to try Pan the organizers products, thanks so much for the video Heather 👍😁
Excellent review Heather! With so many products to choose from, I’m not surprised you got stuck on choosing some of them for recommending! If I could pick one product for this year, it would be Auto Finesse’s interior detailer - Spritz. The scent alone is a winner for me, although Yum Interior also has a nice fresh scent, and is more flexible as a product. I might just give both the Carscope and Gyeon interior detailers you mentioned a try too 👍🏾

Gyeon interior detailer is a really nice product. I use it on my regulars where they just need a wipe down. I love how one wipe over screens and piano black is all you need and theres no residue left behind. No need for a second buff. As you say, its a really nice smell, fresh and clean.
Great informative video and good to see what is out there and what products you use when cleaning cars. I differ on many products you use mainly because if you charge a decent price for doing a car the customer will just go to to the one of a thousand's hand car washes that have popped up in my area.
Great video! I really wish Garage Therapy had a US distributor, as their products look phenomenal. My favorites of the year are Adams Interior Cleaner (great blueberry scent) and Shine Supply Wise Guy (best wheel and tire cleaner I've tried). Happy New Year!
Thanks for the breakdown Heather. I find even UK detailing channels (I watch) dont tend to compare Garage Therapy to any of the other known names like BH, CarPro, Gyeon, etc. Even less so for Yum. But it's easy to trust your recommendations and take them onboard when we get to see the products in action across several of the washes you do and see your process when using them.

A few of my favourites are Autoglym's Rapid Ceramic spray, Garage Therapy One tryre serum and Stjarnagloss Glatt. No doubt there will be more as I try out other products. We have some great products here in the UK, Garage Therapy seem to have peaked my interest. But there are some international favorites too, These are my favorites for this year- Wheel Cleaner- Gyeon wheel and Tyre cleaner- once a month P&S Brake buster 1:9 Carpro Reset shampoo weekly maintenance 2025 I'm going to try Carpro Ironx snow soap for the wheels and Garage Therapy /ONE: Wheel Shampoo V2 also. Snowfoam- Bilt Hamber Touch-less V2 Carpro Reset (weekly maintenance) Koch Chemie GSFx for Christmas/ Winter (sometimes mixed with Bilt Hamber Touch-less V2 for the scent). Decontaination- Lambocosmetica Purifica- Amazing, brings back contaminated and mineralised coatings back to full or best hydrophobic levels- Expensive but its incredible- super safe for all automotive surfaces. Carpro Ironx- I think this has one of the most concentrated TGA levels in an Iron remover. Carpro Tarx- simply works. Contact wash - Carpro Reset (it's versatile with incredible cleaning power). Garage Therapy /one shampoo V3. (Recommend by a guy in the Comments and also you Heather recommended it also). 2025 Clean. by Pan the Organizer Shampoo- Got a bottle, not had an opportunity to test it out yet. Rinse off paint sealant- Bilt Hamber Touch-on in an old Gyeon wetcoat bottle repurposed with 30-40ml in the 1 litre bottle topped up with distilled water. Gyeon wetcoat streaked too much on my car and left dark patches even when rinsed off immediately or aimed into the pressure washer stream. Bilt Hamber Touch-on doesn't leave any streaks or dark patches. Drying Aid- Armour Detail supplies Hero Rinse-less wash- A great multi purpose product that vapes out with no streaking or residue behind. Paint sealant- Clean. by Pan the Organizer- Wow! I am Impressed with this one, Great slickness and gloss, Mostly impressed by the Glow it leaves on the paintwork, Great on glass, plastics and all exterior surfaces. Awesome. Glass coating- Glaco Ultra. It's ok, It stays on a long time but looses its hydrophobic properties after 5 or so months- Easy to reapply though. 2025- Armour Detail Supply GLASS COATING, seen lots of good thing about this one- very hydrophobic and durable. Tyre glaze- Carpro Darkside- Smells great and sticks without sling and lasts forever. Autogylm perfomance tyre gel- works well, Durable and doesn't sling off the tyres. 2025 Armour detail supplies Ghost Tyre sealant- Last for over 6 months and drys to touch, two layers works best. Got a bottle not had time to install. Glass cleaner- Bilt Hamber Trace-less- Who ever has used this knows what I mean, Paired with The Rag Company FTW is unstoppable. Rinseless wash- Armour detail supplies Hero, Incredible product works for so many different things including inside the car as an interior detailer. Labocosmetica Idrosave, Not to be used in direct sunlight, Work panel by panel- leaves a good level of protection behind that's durable saving time with great results. My favorite tool for this year has been The Rag Company Cyclone Ultra Wheel Mitt. Its the best wheel mitt I've ever used and I have got plenty, Weird Star-trek grip inside but it gets around the wheel efficiently- enjoyable to use. Thanks Heather for that one- its flipping great!
Hey Heather Nice video to round the off with. And thanks for all your videos in 2024. I'm primarily using Carpro products 😂 but always on the lookout for other great products. Primarily, I use Valet pro Formula 1 for maintenance pre-wash sometimes in combination with Yumcar Citrus for the lower part in winter, sometimes Bilt Hamber Auto Foam if it is really dirty. And then Carpro Reset for the main wash all year. For tires, I again mainly use Valet Pro Bilberry Wheel Cleaner deluded 1:5 and then combined with Carpro reset for the wash. In some cases, I can use Carpro ReTyre and IronX, which I also use for decontamination and also with TarX. Otherwise, I use CarPro Darkside, CarPro Clarify Glasrens, CarPro HydrO2 Lite, CarPro EliXir, Carpro Pearl, CarPro Inside, CarPro InnerQD, CarPro Multi X, CarPro Eraser, CarPro Claylube, CarPro Fixer, CarPro Reflect. Did I mention that I primarily is using Carpro products 😂😊. But is also in a little "relationship" with Soft99😅 Soft99 Glaco Glass Compound Roll On, Soft99 Glaco DX99 or Soft99 Ultra Glaco, Soft99 Wash Mist, Soft99 Glaco Mirror Coat Zero, Soft99 Glaco De Cleaner. I have the Carbon collective Decon pad, a stand out for me for less marring and worth considering in future is the perforated clay towels or blocks from TRC or DIY. Very little marring if any if used with care
Wow. Big list. Presently, im enjoying Koch Chemie products. M302 polish is amazing on soft clears. All of their paint shampoos are fantastic. Green Star is extremely handy in the car and in the home. Just dilute accordingly. Carpro Reset shampoo is the old reliable. Gyeon Mohs ceramic coating is starting to be a favorite. I have one for you to try for fun! Koch Chemie Gentle Snow Foam Christmas. Smell is awesome, and lots of fun with great results. It's a seasonal shampoo, so you need to order soon. Gyeon WetCoat can not be beat. Crazy cool stuff. I am permanently hooked on Vonixx Delet tyre cleaner. Great results, modestly priced. Theres more products im working with, so list unfinished. Thank you Heather. Happy new year!

Glad to see a lot of products I use are in the list, it means I'm picking all the goodies! I can't say they are absolute favorites, for me it's impossible to pick one since the weather changes drastically every few days here 😆thankfully we have a lot good options! If you get the chance, try to revisit some ADBL products, they are trying to slim down the range a bit and they have some really good ones. After a bit of initial confusion when approaching the range I found they are quite nice to work with and usually really effective. As for QD's, one of my top ones reamains KC Finish Spray Exterior, lovely even in the boiling humid weather of south Italy 😆 Hopefully you are enjoying a bit of a holiday break,see you in 2025! Another potentially expensive video!!! Firstly Happy New Year when it comes and thanks for all your little nuggets of advice over the last few years. Being predominately a one manufacturer guy it is still good to see what is out there. I did purchase a few Yum Cars products in the Black Friday promotion and everything is really good so far apart from Glass + which I have yet to try and Yum Dress I have yet to make up my mind on but when I put it on I then took the car on a 500 mile road trip on salty wet roads hence they were immediately filthy so longevity ie blackness went out the window and as yet due to weather I have not re cleaned and applied since but I am sure it will match the other products. I am pretty sure I will be buying more in due course. Turtle Wax hybrid tyre cleaner is in my opinion very good and I do like the QD & Sigma from GT & Wet Coat is the standout product that I wouldn't be without for ease of use.
Happy new year Heather yesterday I applied Gyeon can coat wasn’t impressed. I used to half of the product on a large Mercedes van however I did like gyeon panel prep I have an SUV that I got lined up to do next week complete detail in and out I am going to test one product line for everything Vonixx from brazil. Do they sell this brand in the UK?

cracking summary video and agree with a lot of the products you list, including GT and IW ones. What was the polish you ran out of? Looking for an AIO polish for Subaru paint, instead of relying on old combo of Meg's Ult Compound and Meg's Ult Polish. Have been looking at DIY Detail's spray polish/pad combo as potential new year gift to myself.

Nexzett Cockpit interior clean, and ONR for the windows P&S brake buster for wheels and tyres. I have Garage therapy show foam V1 and the wheel shampoo they are both great product i tried the glass cleaner also but found it not to my taste this was bought from the UK before the BIG shipping prices went overboard. I tend to just stick with what works for me and try not to fall down that rabbit hole. 🇦🇺
I’m using avalanche snowfoam by auto finesse and it is quite weak. Using an AVA P40 pressure washer with the standard foam cannon.The foam is quite runny and doesn’t dwell long.

I was aware that those brands were in the list more after I chose each product separately but also didn’t want to start recommending products I didn’t enjoy as much just for the sake of it. I’d rather just give my actual recommendations. There’s no benefit for me either of selecting certain brands over others
@AutoCareHQ Can you honestly say you have never received free items from garage therapy and yum car care, If you have, there is clearly a benefit to you , this seems similar to pan the organizer who recently did his end of year review only to delete it after online backlash when he claimed all his own new product line won top spot . I seriously question why bilt hamber hasn't featured. I know we all have our own opinions, but surely they deserve to be there. Some would argue that their wheel and glass cleaner is the best on the market .
I have received products from those brands as well as countless other brands that are not on this list. Like you said everyone is entitled to their opinions, and I was never going to change my list to products I didn't like as much just so it didn't look like I was favouring a brand. I like Bilt Hamber products too, I've not tried their glass cleaner but I personally don't like their wheel cleaner as much as the ones I mentioned. If you don't like my recommendations then you don't need to use them or watch the video. All the best

We have some great products here in the UK, Garage Therapy seem to have peaked my interest. But there are some international favorites too, These are my favorites for this year-
Wheel Cleaner-
Gyeon wheel and Tyre cleaner- once a month
P&S Brake buster 1:9
Carpro Reset shampoo weekly maintenance
2025 I'm going to try Carpro Ironx snow soap for the wheels and Garage Therapy /ONE: Wheel Shampoo V2 also.
Snowfoam-
Bilt Hamber Touch-less V2
Carpro Reset (weekly maintenance)
Koch Chemie GSFx for Christmas/ Winter (sometimes mixed with Bilt Hamber Touch-less V2 for the scent).
Decontaination-
Lambocosmetica Purifica- Amazing, brings back contaminated and mineralised coatings back to full or best hydrophobic levels- Expensive but its incredible- super safe for all automotive surfaces.
Carpro Ironx- I think this has one of the most concentrated TGA levels in an Iron remover.
Carpro Tarx- simply works.
Contact wash -
Carpro Reset (it's versatile with incredible cleaning power).
Garage Therapy /one shampoo V3. (Recommend by a guy in the Comments and also you Heather recommended it also).
2025 Clean. by Pan the Organizer Shampoo- Got a bottle, not had an opportunity to test it out yet.
Rinse off paint sealant-
Bilt Hamber Touch-on in an old Gyeon wetcoat bottle repurposed with 30-40ml in the 1 litre bottle topped up with distilled water.
Gyeon wetcoat streaked too much on my car and left dark patches even when rinsed off immediately or aimed into the pressure washer stream. Bilt Hamber Touch-on doesn't leave any streaks or dark patches.
Drying Aid-
Armour Detail supplies Hero Rinse-less wash- A great multi purpose product that vapes out with no streaking or residue behind.
Paint sealant-
Clean. by Pan the Organizer- Wow! I am Impressed with this one, Great slickness and gloss, Mostly impressed by the Glow it leaves on the paintwork, Great on glass, plastics and all exterior surfaces. Awesome.
Glass coating-
Glaco Ultra. It's ok, It stays on a long time but looses its hydrophobic properties after 5 or so months- Easy to reapply though.
2025- Armour Detail Supply GLASS COATING, seen lots of good thing about this one- very hydrophobic and durable.
Tyre glaze-
Carpro Darkside- Smells great and sticks without sling and lasts forever.
Autogylm perfomance tyre gel- works well, Durable and doesn't sling off the tyres.
2025 Armour detail supplies Ghost Tyre sealant- Last for over 6 months and drys to touch, two layers works best. Got a bottle not had time to install.
Glass cleaner-
Bilt Hamber Trace-less- Who ever has used this knows what I mean, Paired with The Rag Company FTW is unstoppable.
Rinseless wash-
Armour detail supplies Hero, Incredible product works for so many different things including inside the car as an interior detailer.
Labocosmetica Idrosave, Not to be used in direct sunlight, Work panel by panel- leaves a good level of protection behind that's durable saving time with great results.
My favorite tool for this year has been The Rag Company Cyclone Ultra Wheel Mitt. Its the best wheel mitt I've ever used and I have got plenty, Weird Star-trek grip inside but it gets around the wheel efficiently- enjoyable to use. Thanks Heather for that one- its flipping great!

what’s the best wet and dry vacuum I can get on a budget?

Nice video to round the off with. And thanks for all your videos in 2024. I'm primarily using Carpro products 😂 but always on the lookout for other great products. Primarily, I use Valet pro Formula 1 for maintenance pre-wash sometimes in combination with Yumcar Citrus for the lower part in winter, sometimes Bilt Hamber Auto Foam if it is really dirty. And then Carpro Reset for the main wash all year.
For tires, I again mainly use Valet Pro Bilberry Wheel Cleaner deluded 1:5 and then combined with Carpro reset for the wash. In some cases, I can use Carpro ReTyre and IronX, which I also use for decontamination and also with TarX.
Otherwise, I use CarPro Darkside, CarPro Clarify Glasrens, CarPro HydrO2 Lite, CarPro EliXir, Carpro Pearl, CarPro Inside, CarPro InnerQD, CarPro Multi X, CarPro Eraser, CarPro Claylube, CarPro Fixer, CarPro Reflect. Did I mention that I primarily is using Carpro products 😂😊.
But is also in a little "relationship" with Soft99😅
Soft99 Glaco Glass Compound Roll On, Soft99 Glaco DX99 or Soft99 Ultra Glaco, Soft99 Wash Mist, Soft99 Glaco Mirror Coat Zero, Soft99 Glaco De Cleaner.

I have the Carbon collective Decon pad, a stand out for me for less marring and worth considering in future is the perforated clay towels or blocks from TRC or DIY. Very little marring if any if used with care

Wow. Big list. Presently, im enjoying Koch Chemie products. M302 polish is amazing on soft clears. All of their paint shampoos are fantastic. Green Star is extremely handy in the car and in the home. Just dilute accordingly.
Carpro Reset shampoo is the old reliable.
Gyeon Mohs ceramic coating is starting to be a favorite.
I have one for you to try for fun! Koch Chemie Gentle Snow Foam Christmas. Smell is awesome, and lots of fun with great results. It's a seasonal shampoo, so you need to order soon.
Gyeon WetCoat can not be beat. Crazy cool stuff.
I am permanently hooked on Vonixx Delet tyre cleaner. Great results, modestly priced.

Glad to see a lot of products I use are in the list, it means I'm picking all the goodies!
I can't say they are absolute favorites, for me it's impossible to pick one since the weather changes drastically every few days here 😆thankfully we have a lot good options!
If you get the chance, try to revisit some ADBL products, they are trying to slim down the range a bit and they have some really good ones. After a bit of initial confusion when approaching the range I found they are quite nice to work with and usually really effective. As for QD's, one of my top ones reamains KC Finish Spray Exterior, lovely even in the boiling humid weather of south Italy 😆

Another potentially expensive video!!! Firstly Happy New Year when it comes and thanks for all your little nuggets of advice over the last few years. Being predominately a one manufacturer guy it is still good to see what is out there. I did purchase a few Yum Cars products in the Black Friday promotion and everything is really good so far apart from Glass + which I have yet to try and Yum Dress I have yet to make up my mind on but when I put it on I then took the car on a 500 mile road trip on salty wet roads hence they were immediately filthy so longevity ie blackness went out the window and as yet due to weather I have not re cleaned and applied since but I am sure it will match the other products. I am pretty sure I will be buying more in due course. Turtle Wax hybrid tyre cleaner is in my opinion very good and I do like the QD & Sigma from GT & Wet Coat is the standout product that I wouldn't be without for ease of use.
Haha my apologies! Yum Cars are a really solid brand, Dress definitely benefits from repeated applications too

Happy new year Heather yesterday I applied Gyeon can coat wasn’t impressed. I used to half of the product on a large Mercedes van however I did like gyeon panel prep I have an SUV that I got lined up to do next week complete detail in and out I am going to test one product line for everything

cracking summary video and agree with a lot of the products you list, including GT and IW ones. What was the polish you ran out of? Looking for an AIO polish for Subaru paint, instead of relying on old combo of Meg's Ult Compound and Meg's Ult Polish. Have been looking at DIY Detail's spray polish/pad combo as potential new year gift to myself.

Nexzett Cockpit interior clean, and ONR for the windows P&S brake buster for wheels and tyres.
I have Garage therapy show foam V1 and the wheel shampoo they are both great product i tried the glass cleaner also but found it not to my taste this was bought from the UK before the BIG shipping prices went overboard. I tend to just stick with what works for me and try not to fall down that rabbit hole. 🇦🇺
Totally understand that, if you’ve got a good set of products there’s nothing wrong with sticking with them
I’m using avalanche snowfoam by auto finesse and it is quite weak. Using an AVA P40 pressure washer with the standard foam cannon.The foam is quite runny and doesn’t dwell long.
Try bilt hamber, it’s still runny but that’s not a problem in itself, it will shift just about anything.
Would u say the garage therapy dms shampoo better than the carpro descale which sort of started this kind of shampoo
They’re both great to be honest. I’ve had slightly better results when reviving a clogged coating with GT but can’t go wrong with either

I question how unbiased this video is with so many choices from garage therapy and yum car care .
I was aware that those brands were in the list more after I chose each product separately but also didn’t want to start recommending products I didn’t enjoy as much just for the sake of it. I’d rather just give my actual recommendations. There’s no benefit for me either of selecting certain brands over others
@AutoCareHQ Can you honestly say you have never received free items from garage therapy and yum car care, If you have, there is clearly a benefit to you , this seems similar to pan the organizer who recently did his end of year review only to delete it after online backlash when he claimed all his own new product line won top spot . I seriously question why bilt hamber hasn't featured. I know we all have our own opinions, but surely they deserve to be there. Some would argue that their wheel and glass cleaner is the best on the market .
I have received products from those brands as well as countless other brands that are not on this list. Like you said everyone is entitled to their opinions, and I was never going to change my list to products I didn't like as much just so it didn't look like I was favouring a brand. I like Bilt Hamber products too, I've not tried their glass cleaner but I personally don't like their wheel cleaner as much as the ones I mentioned. If you don't like my recommendations then you don't need to use them or watch the video. All the best
