nothing wrong with staying in a hdb. its affordable n offer spacious living space. for those that buy condo. its mainly they have more disposable income n want to build wealth thru property.

I viewed woodhaven 2Br before. Its relatively new. But to my liking, i feel packed and buildings are near to each other and pools are narrow. It was quite dark at night in the compound, a lot of units have no lights. I visited only once in Mar2023.
Wah Lau! Already so far North, if safety is a non concern just buy JB eat wind house. Lol . Seriously no point invest there, because if SG/MY make transportation at causeway smooth smooth who will buy woodland or rent woodland.
