No need for full minute, you can do a 15 sec as well, and multiple by 4

Or count for 30secs & multiple 2 by. Count heart beat as you feel it. Ex: within 30secs, 30bpm. 30×2=60. 60bpm is the pulse rate & you can use 2 fingers to feel the pulse instead of 3.

for the cna test, counts need to done for the entire minute
