    Exercise 1
    Inclined smith machine - 4 x 8-12 (moderate heavy)
    superset Inclined bench push up 12-15
    Exerciase 2
    Inclined DB press - 2 warm up set 12-20reps (light) 2 working set 8 - 12 (drop into half and double the reps ) push your limit !
    exercise 3
    flat bench fly - 2 warm up set 12-20reps --- 2 working set 8-12 (drop into half and double the reps)
    exercise 4
    declined iso machine press - 4 x 8 - 12 reps (progressive overload ) focus on squeezing
    exercise 5
    cable crossover 4 x 8 - 15 superset cable press 4 x failure (make a numbers in your head )

    Iba talaga mag explain si Joven. So far, amongst the local vloggers of bodybuilding, Joven has the clearest explanation based on theory and experience. Very intelligent yung approach nya and unselfish because he's sharing it for free, so to speak. He can also be humorous if he wants to and he knows when to be serious as well. Matututo ka talaga magisip when you listen to him, hindi lang entertaining. Scientific and intelligent approach. Kudos sayo ka itlog! Keep up the good work...

    yung mga impormasyon na bnibigay ni sir, sa iba babayadan mo muna bago mo malaman. appreciate natin si sir! grabe details! etoh lang talaga ung papanoorin mula simula hanggang dulo kasi para nadin tayong nagseminar ng exclusive sa dami ng impormasyong binibigay ni sir sa mga vlogs nya. more power idol! ingat din lagi diyan. sayang mejo interrupted workout sessions dahil sa ECQ.
