I'm running three 200Ah batteries and 1200W of solar on the roof of my 7x14 cargo trailer conversion and I have a 3000W inverter/charger. I own an air fryer and a slow cooker. I'll only run the slow cooker on generator. I'll run the air fryer on very sunny days noon and later off of a full charge. You really need to look into solar as well as more battery storage before considering any medium or large size kitchen appliances. Your other issue is winter time in your area of the country means limited sunlight and parking in cities compounds that with shade from buildings. There are no DC air fryers or slow cookers. If we want to slow cook without electricity we do it in a cast iron Dutch oven over a fire. Maybe consider an instapot pressure cooker. They ramp up but once they reach pressure and temp they don't draw as much and depending on what you're cooking can take a pretty low amount of time to cook.
That Walmart brand Thermos is great. I also have the insulated coffee cup. I drive a lot so usually make a cup of tea before starting my day. Still hot a couple hours later. I have one of those Lunch box cookers that plugs into a 12v outlet. It is a slow cooker big enough for 1-2 meals depending on how much you eat. Takes a while but works good.
I don't know much about the air fryer but the crockpot takes hours. If the air fryer is done in a few minutes even though it's higher watts it might be ok if it only runs a short time. Do you have an Amazon link for that camera?
I would reconsider getting an air fryer and just get a decent toaster oven. You can of course toast , bake and broil. Me and my wife use one in our travel trailer all the time. Sure it will draw some amps but probably not much more than a air fryer. Its so much more versatile and you don’t need to clean it after every use like the AF. Just my opinion … the choice is yours.

I highly suggest you consider upgrading your DC to DC charger along with your vehicle’s alternator and wiring. You drive a lot and should be able to fully charge your house battery if you make this investment.
He discovered the beauty of Ozark Trail products. Check out their butane stove that runs off the little canisters that ozark trail makes for $20. It's an easier burner than the camp stove he uses now. I even take it in my backpack when I trout fish.

Matt your looking at all the wrong things. You can get a small one qt air fryer or even a two qt crock pot.
Try looking at smaller appliances
Put your water bottle in a freezer bag in case of a leak
