Is this #3 in the From crochet to knit series? I have to save them all right now till I can try it. I'm working on Christmas gifts right now. Love your emails and videos!! 💜😁
Mine was 18 inches long without being stretched. The average adult head is 20-21" so when it's 18" unstretched it will stretch enough to fit an adult. :)
When you are finished with any project you will have at least 2 ends left, from where you began and ended your project. You don't want to leave these two yarn tails hanging out, so you use a yarn needle to weave them into the stitches to hide them. :)
@@lovelifeyarn Thanks for the reply! do you just weave them into 5 stitches or so (depending on yarn thickness and type), and then hope for the best that your project doesn't unravel?
@@kazzykey I haven't done a video tutorial yet for weaving in ends of knitting, but I would suggest looking one up because it's a bit trickier to weave in a knitting end properly.
@@p1nesap I created this video to help crocheters learn to knit, so that was just to help someone who was more familiar with a hook. Since I learned to knit first I don't find it easier with a hook 🙂
@@lovelifeyarn Thanks, I just finished my first headband knitting yesterday & it's on my channel. I'm stoked. I use the crochet hook to hide the tails when stitching the two sides together.
I learned the English way and I still use it a lot. This is the Continental method, and it's the way I've been teaching my crochet group members how to knit. :)
I LOVE this method of use ing a crochet hook! Brilliant!

Great video! Thanks you. I have a question - @9:22 what do you mean by ‘weave in the ends’?

I want thread size please
She said super bulky which is what Rasta by Malabrigo is.
Can you do without the hook?
Absolutely. This was part of a crochet to knitting series but it's super easy just with needles.
What's the advantage of using a crochet hook? @@lovelifeyarn
