What amazes me is that people will ask about the prize, size and location of the property rather than taking the time to actually watch the video which is quite a detailed video and a very good one in my opinion as he shows the inside of the house and not just the land. This property is impressive. And it has a lot of potential for a lot of different reasons. Ready to move in. 3 already established ponds of good size. Many fruit bearing trees. Flat land for the most part. And on and on. I am definitely interested but I doubt this property will still be for sale by the time I am able to visit this coming November.

Definitely a lot of potential. I think shrimp farming would be the way to go but I wouldn’t even consider doing it without water aeration. Have you ever looked into Venturi water pumps, most commonly used with aquaponics? Also I would wonder if shrimp would eat azolla?
I don't know about the azolla... shrimp are bottom feeding scavenger/predators..

Good value to be fair, land with mature fruit trees or a fish pond normally seems to be 2 mil+ per hectare, often more like 4 mil. The house is probably worth close to 2 mil aswell.

Rice fields are basically worthless when you think about the return you get from your time and investment...the ponds alone are more profitable than 20 hectares of rice fields...And how is the house on that farm in Pilar?

well it is way to much , you have to see the surway first , look like 3 or 4 family living on that land , no electric and no paved road , and a 5 hectar rule is on other issue , far a way to the ocean , i have 1 hectar on Suriago del sure next to the Enchanted river , what is a big turist place , 100 meter sandy beach front the rest are coconat farm , it is worth 10 mill peso / 200 k $ close to the city

You can get rich by lemonsito trees alone. Per kilo here is 120 pesos
if you have a market, remember this is in an island, far away from populated areas. also remember this area has insurgency problem NPA. those foreginer giving guestimates are so naive and surely will be quoted foreigner price, lito is no professional realtor. if you check the tax declaration and market movement, on sales in the area would nil to none.
@@tonyve52 Ubay is a good location it's a jumping point to Leyte and is close to Anda which is much cleaner and prettier than Panglao and thankfully NOT crowded even before Covid. The NPA issues are to the south I believe closer to Bilar.
