@Ayano Aishi it isn't that I am saying this... The creator himself said Angel heart is alternative universe not the continuation... So Kaori is alive in real city hunter. And yes they made a new city hunter movie in 2019 where Ryo and Kaori already living in 2019 technology driven era... You can watch it... Its available in youtube with eng dub.. I am sure you'll treasure it

@@samiracat6082 I think that It was a perfect sequel, It felt real because life works in that way happy endings almost don't exist in real life, the most of fans hated the idea and Tsukasa Hojo had to say that it was an alternative world(A what if) but Hojo knows that it is not true
These 3 are literally the same character. Each is an extremely skilled professional who specializes in dirty jobs, has a signature gun, has borderline superpowers, dresses in a particular way, has a flirty personality, jokes all the time but is unstoppable when serious, loves food and has a crew that he works with. The only difference is that Ryo is buff whereas Lupin and Spike are lanky, and that Spike is not nearly as horny as the other 2 (Lupin's hornyness varies, sometimes like in Parts 2 and 3 he's just as horny as Ryo but other times like in Parts 4-6 he's a lot more restrained)
Man I miss seeing how gorgeous was Anime back in the 80's now these animes are getting weird plot writers, characters designs, sexuality ages & more information. These days people calls "Anime is so cringe" bruh you don't know how Anime was back then.urgh now I would die if I was born in the 90's just to see how gorgeous it was to see this is televisions or CDs.

Part of the reason why their partnership works so well is that Kaori has come to understand it and live with it even though it just ends up stinging her. However, I love their partnership and they do are my favorite tag team. CITY HUNTER is an absolute favorite precisely because even Hojo Tsukasa has never really given the pair a definite ending/ status.
@@stonks3951 actually it's not as if Ryo is someone who can't settle in a long committed relationship ...just because he is a big perv ....but the reality is ...that deep inside he is a very warm hearted person ...and he likes kaori so much that he really wants to get married to her ( it's also hinted at the end of the manga that they got married ❤️)but he doesn't want to put kaori in danger or give her a sad life ...cause he once said " I live right next to death all the time "( umibozu also said the same to Miki cause he loved her so much that he didn't want her to fall into all this) ...and for this reason there were many times when he wanted kaori to get out of all this ...but she was to stubborn and she didn't quit and so the story dwells this way
