In the manga , ryo can't go in a plane because he has a phobia of plane crashing. And kaori get abducted in a plane. Ryo jump on the wing and save kaori when the plane is on the air. Then, it's revealed that ryo still have his phobia After this évent. It's just that kaori was more important than his fear.

Well, strictly speaking, its not completely unbelievable, an assault rifle (or machine gun to use more accurate terminology), isnt all that accurate when fired in full auto. The recoil from the round firing would make precisions shots impossible unless the machine gun was either mounted in some manner or had a impressive recoil absorption/negation system in place. Plus there was at least several scenes with him on a shooting range across the series, so that implies he practices his marksmanship (ignoring the fact that he can shoot through the open windows of a speeding subway train, and hit the gun out of a guys hand.) Meanwhile, most of those guys probably dont bother, instead leaning heavily on volume of fire to make-up for their shoddy marksmanship. Simply put, the slower firing, but heavier weighted barreled revolver, would be capable of being more accurate then full auto fire from a machine gun. But I would go with the machine gun because it would give you a greater volume of fire, giving you a better chance at hitting him over a slower firing revolver... But all this is moot, because he is the protagonist, and I'd be a villain of the day at best, or unimportant mook at worse. Boned either way.
For Alucard , Mick Angel never appeared in the anime. Maybe you confuse him with Robert Harrison, a character similar to him but totally different. But, I agree with you that it can be difficult to create a new anime season because, the story here is not very faithful to the original . some key points or characters for a possible continuation were modified in the anime, for example: -The union teope does not exist -the professor does not appear in the anime So,if there is not teope union, if there is not professor, if there is not Mick Angel, we will not have kaibara arc next season is impossible, i know and now, let's cry together 😭😭

It's called dramatization. All the stories (books, comics, movies, TV, theater, bards' songs, etc) are full of this. A YT channel called how it should've ended exploiting this scripting technique for years and made somewhat fame bc most people don't understand the basics. My favourite 4th wall breaking is in The Labyrinth, 1986, when the worm tells the protagonist to go right in the maze then looks into the camera and says "because if she goes to the left, she gets to the castle immediately and the movie would en in 5 minutes" (or something like this). I hope you get my point. :)
Even though the manga is better... Sunrise did a heck of a job for the show on a TV budget. Some parts look good even today which is a credit to the artists, especially on the guns and machinery.
This is how you show a character's effectivness. You put him in a position never seen before so that he has à chance to think outside the box. You, show he has gymnast level skill and manage to seduce his girl opponent before she ends herself. You make him fight against his double and show à skill close to miraculous. It is a win against à triple credible threat. Probably one of my top 5 épisode in city hunter. Enjoying it much more than the 2019 Animated movie despite différence in budget.
