Veg Manchurian Dry Recipe Chinese Starter :-
Ingredients for Manchurian Balls -
chopped Cabbage
chopped Carrot
Cauliflower
chopped Beans
spring onion leaves
Maida (All purpose Flour)
Cornflour
Salt
Baking Powder
Green Chilly Paste
Chinese Salt (Optional)
Water (optional) (only if vegetables are dry)
Oil for frying
Ingredients for sauce -
Oil
chopped Garlic
chopped Ginger
Chillies finely chopped (spicy chillies)
Coriander Leaves & stems finely chopped (Dhaniya)
Chinese Salt
Salt (or as per taste)
Black Pepper Powder
Sugar
Soya Sauce
water
Cornflour mixed with water (cornflour slurry)
green Chilly Sauce
Vinegar
Manchurian Balls prepared above
Spring Onion Tops finely chopped
Spring onion leaves
