Class! Looks like the driver side floor was quicker to repair compared to the passenger side, I recon another days work and you will have the floor pan at the front all buttoned up. so there is no holes in there at all. Have you found another set of wheels for this? i remember you saying that you were looking at getting one more. I would buy a set of 5 and have them refurbed and boxed off, ready to go.
thank you yeah hopfully erm i really like the wheels thats on it i can paint my self i have paint guns and air compressor i have painted a few cars on my drive lol and turnd out great only colour i hate doing is silver metalic silvers i will have no probs refurbing the wheels i need 1 more as i only have 3 oem wheels but have seen some one selling them on ebay for around £20 each she will also get new wheel nuts aswell
@@AdamSNook. you will need another 2 OEM wheels, to make it up to five. the two that are on the rear are not the correct ones. One looks like its from a later ford. If you can get them For £20 each id look into it. Just as spares. I sat my metro on a set of standard rims until my wide wheels were sorted out. It was a laugh powering 160 bhp through those. It would spin up the gears, if you gave it some beans.
Also adam no harm in looking at older rims for this too,
@@procta2343 yeah the 2 fromt wheels are oem good the 2 rear ones are 1 is ford capri on passanger side the drivers side rear is a space saver lol how ever i do have another oem one in the boot thats is in good shape to so that makes 3 i can use the ford capri one as a spare and take the spare out and put it on the car leaving me only needing 1 more

Did you look at bondo billy for the flux core welding yet?
Yes lidl lol,it's my brother in laws yes watched I love is attitude lol took a few tips from him
@AdamSNook. I also have Lidl's stick welder. it works great but only on heavier steel. I welded the sills on a fiat panda with the flux core welder and it passed the test, painfully slow going but the brass wire brush makes it easier to see the work piece
i am really getting to know the fluxcore welding learning a lot along the way once you see the orange pool just keep striking it of the orange pool and keep going along like that gets better and better stick welding is the best welding you can get as its for heavy duty work beams ect but very hard to use on cars lol my dad was a stick welder and a bloody good one it was is main job welding stair cases in tall buildings

Thank you yeah I'm showing progress on TH-cam as people wanted to see what I have done to it this car is for me my intention is not for youtube but to get the car done setting up cameras to film everythink would slow me down ion my car thank you for giving it a try tho sorry for disappointing and not making it enjoyable veiwing
