    It's shame though that the producers had such an itchy trigger finger with regards to killing off cast members. Pratt and Gallant deserved better exits from ER.

      Would've been better not to kill Pratt off. The tension between him and Carter was always interesting...and the friendship between Pratt and Abby!

    I love it. That ending was so gratifying. That racist SOB will have to live the rest of his life knowing that every breathe he takes is because two black handsome men saved his life. He must hate himself every day for that. Live with that you son of a b****

      ​@@BillyButcher90Yes. I remember that it was Dr. Gallant whose open mind saved the ungrateful officer from unnecessary surgery. Let's just assume that that was just the officer playing the CHARACTER of an ungrateful son of a b***h, and that the officer's REAL LIFE character isn't that way.
