@wurzelbert84wucher5 As a non-Christian, I agree with you. Humans have the active capacity to do evil. Dogs are like young human children - they are innocents and do not have the capacity for evil.
Some of the worse people I have ever met were "christians". Dogs do not care what your view of the Bible is and they love you more than almost ANY "christian".

It’s like if you eat signature cake/pie from your grandmothers recipe as a child/teen and you taste that same cake years down the line you are likely to remember exactly who that cake came from.
Not the most informtative video with all that repetition of what is essentially nothing but platitudes. Surprisingly this guy says dogs' scent of smell is 50 times that of a human. If a dog can smell illegal drugs wrapped in plastic and placed in a suitcase laden with distracting other scents when I cannot smell anything (except pot of course) even when it's right in front of me. In order to do that it would need to be around 100,000 times that of a human.
I got a huge greeting from my dogs after being away from home for several days. I got the same greeting after being outside and coming in after 10 minutes. I played lots of games with them I invented. I also confused them with a tape recording of my voice played through a high fidelity loudspeaker, watched their reaction to seeing themselves in a mirror and me standing behind them petting an imaginary dog they saw in the reflection, and watching their reaction to a flashlight beam dancing around the floor.
Every dog has to reach his or her own unique understanding of the world, so I imagine there are any number of ways they conceive of us. Frankly, I expect most of them see us as members of a fellowship to which they naturally belong. It's probably self-evident that we're something different, but of the same group or family or pack or whatever... Someone bigger with magical access to food and who cares for them and keeps them safe and belonging. They must notice we're deficient in scent and hearing because we clearly miss things they are aware of. I think they often realize that's where they can do their bit for us, particularly in making us aware of external threats.
Anyone who has ever owned a dog knows that dogs see humans differently than other dogs. When they see another dog, they react differently than when they see other humans. Dogs do not see humans as other dogs nor as pack leaders as said in the video, it is more complex than that.
yea most warm blooded animals know exactly what humans are , that's why most stay away from us in the wild. i would go as far to say that many know we are some kind of monkey, we must act like them from their point of view and understanding.
That's a great question! It’s funny to imagine what goes through their minds. Maybe they do think we're just along for the ride in the magical moving box! 🚗🐶
I’m pretty sure our family elkhound thought he was the protector of our mom and responsible for her safety and well being. If he didn’t like you then you don’t get near her or in the house. Rare when it happens but when it did they did not get in or near.
Its an interesting question. Dogs don't really have a concept of what a dog is. They don't have that ability to reason or contemplate. What we do know is they treat strange dogs differently than they treat strange humans usually. While a human might get some barks and growls, a strange dog frequently will get more aggressive treatment. So we know while a dog will not trust a strange person, they are usually not keen to outright attack them unlike what they would perceive as a rival in another dog. So while they may not know what the concept of what a dog is, they recognize there is a difference between humans and dogs. Of course the caveat here is the average interactions. I do understand and have witnessed dogs overstepping themselves with some people. But this isn't the norm, and usually infers some level of trauma on the dog's part.
I want a dog so bad but I'm single and live alone and work 12 hour nights about 3 nights a week. A dog will get separation anxiety with me gone. I don't like cats so I'm not getting one of those.
well i have a client we do work for and he seems always gone , he has a pig in the house i always see it sleeping by the patio door. don't know much about pigs but he seems to love it.
Norwegian Elkhounds were selected to hunt moose and other big game, and to herd reindeer. They do this job wonderfully. I've had the breed for forty years and in all that time there hasn't been a moose attack or a reindeer stampede within a five hundred mile radius of Atlanta. They also make great heating pads.
I rescued my dog. Overall he's a good dog. I took him to the vet and bought all the food and all the toys. What do I get in return? I like to kiss my dog. He doesn't want all these kisses. He growls at me 😢
"Shared vacations" LOL. I have never been on a vacation, other than a dude ranch when I was 9, in my life. Vacation with the girls is just playing and relaxing in our yard.
Exactly why I'm in the comment section. My pibble is demandingly affectionate to the extent that I think she's clingy, but other people love it. She knows no stranger, and while I'm her person for sure she's not exactly loyal. Every person we encounter on walks and hikes is her new best friend, and when one of those friends returns her affection I just take off her leash and have a seat. Once though, after being gone for five days, I came home and she JUMPED in my arms. That was a most welcome greeting, and I absolutely melted.
I have two family members that are furry and I think they see me as the pack leader. They are big and they will walk up when I am sitting and place their paws on my lap. They give me a hug by pressing their head against mine. They will be enjoying a chew bone and all of a sudden get up and bring it to me. Once I act like I chewed it they will take it and go back where they were. If we are out in the back yard and something alerts them they stand next to me and press their body against my leg as they look. But they are spoiled. If they get chilled I put a blanket on them and light candles just to take the slight chill out of the air. At the end of my meal I save a bite for them. If I am not in my favorite chair their blanket is on it and the can lay there. They are family.

The heartbreak of losing one made me take a a second because I didn’t think I could do it again, but there’s no way I could live without dog love! I’m 46 and remember each and every single one of my pets like it was yesterday, you never get over them 🥺
When I lost my dog I was grieving as if I had lost one of my kids. Truly, a familymember with unfortunatly short lifespan. I miss him to this day and he died 8 years ago.
I had a Pomeranian once. his name was the rock. he always tried to make me pull his fur, using his front legs, and when i did, he would growl with his teeth out, then lay his head on my hand, then chill like that. I dont know how, but it really use to happen when im laying on the couch watching tv.
Dogs are better than the majority of people
Ant p uk
As a Christian I know why: They are not evil, while many many humans are, sadly.
@wurzelbert84wucher5
As a non-Christian, I agree with you. Humans have the active capacity to do evil. Dogs are like young human children - they are innocents and do not have the capacity for evil.
well we put down bad dogs so it makes sense that what is left is more good dogs, if we would put down bad humans think it would even out.
Some of the worse people I have ever met were "christians".
Dogs do not care what your view of the Bible is and they love you more than almost ANY "christian".
@@childofcascadiayet evil shows when they maul another dog. They’re capable of it, just thankfully isn’t directed towards humans that often
You actually didn’t answer the question? And there was ten minutes of it. Quite impressive!
I mean he doesn’t have to answer anything in the video. Look at the audience, they clap and eat this shit up as long as he just says the word dog. Thousands of likes and comments talking about “my sweet dog blah blah blah blah”
Literally the best job in the world. All he needs is a dog in the thumbnail and all these dumb dumb spam like and subscribe. It’s hilarious
I've had eleven dogs since I was a child. I can literally remember how each one of them smelled and their muzzle smell. It's not just dogs who recognize scent.
Unconditional love is hallow. You can’t have love without the acceptance of one’s flaws.
We just put our dog of 14 years down 3 days ago. A piece of our family is gone.
I could NEVER have understood or experienced unconditional love without dogs.

he’s my baby boy 🐶❤️, my parents got him for me after leaving the mental hospital i drove 2 hours to and back for him
I have three boxers mom, dad & daughter I have had them since they were babies they are all that I have in this world they are my one & only true & faithful family & companion they take the place of people & disappointment from people.
Dogs are love. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I got my sister a puppy and she had to give it to her parents in law after about a year because of apt issues, years would go by without me seeing him but everytime i did see him he always go crazy and love all over me and stay by me for my entire visit
I see dogs as humans! And I'm sure I am not alone in this.
Dogs are actually our masters. They figured out long ago how to train humans to satisfy everything in their hierarchy of needs.
Super presentation!!
This puts my mind at ease. Thank you.
Loved this! ❤😊
They must think we are weird dogs 😂 who've got to be looked after and listened to sometimes
I think they often realize that's where they can do their bit for us, particularly in making us aware of external threats.
dogs are our best friend, if you want a best friend , adopt ! there is no backstabbing from them !!
If only humans had the heart of a dog 🐕 this world would be a better place
My question is do dogs see themselves as people. 😆
If dogs were people the world would be much better.
My dog definitely thinks he's human and that other dogs are not like him😂
Do dogs know we control the car, or do they think we both just get into a box that goes from place to place? 🙏
I'm beyond Blessed to have suck loving little fur babies in my life!!!!!!
I honestly think dogs were evolved/created to be be our companions they're best
where do you get all these video clips for the video
Probably stock video, such as istock etc
My Malinois is my besty. Getting him not to express his love with his mouth has been a chore
*_""When Man is in trouble, God sends him a Dog.""_*
Nice!
A German Shepherd looks at the human as the Heard..
They are bred to guard the Heard..
Anybody who has ever had German shepherds understands😊
Norwegian Elkhounds were selected to hunt moose and other big game, and to herd reindeer. They do this job wonderfully. I've had the breed for forty years and in all that time there hasn't been a moose attack or a reindeer stampede within a five hundred mile radius of Atlanta.
They also make great heating pads.
Shout out to our ancestors that allowed us have dogs as our companions, life wouldn't be the same without them.
They recognize us as leaders and stewards/caregivers.
My favorite part of my day is coming home to see my 3 furry buddies waiting for me.
Being alpha doesnt mean you the leader of the pack it just means youre the oldest in the family and usually the oldest leads
Hope you enjoyed the video!😘
Yes. The real "alphas" are caregivers, usually parents.
As a dog, I can confirm this is correct
Mine sees me as a hero in his life!
Imagine how the mind of a dog get blown away went you put out food out of the sky into their plates 😂
Dogs definitely know humans have powers that dogs don't. Like, turning on the light.
Dogs are man's best friend. Unfortunately, man is definitely not a dogs best friend .
I rescued my dog. Overall he's a good dog. I took him to the vet and bought all the food and all the toys.
What do I get in return? I like to kiss my dog. He doesn't want all these kisses. He growls at me 😢
This video was pawsome!
There were experiments done and it was proven that dogs know the difference between humans, other dogs, and non-dog animals.
"Shared vacations" LOL. I have never been on a vacation, other than a dude ranch when I was 9, in my life. Vacation with the girls is just playing and relaxing in our yard.
Occasional affection? Lol My fur baby has no idea what a bubble is 😂😂😂
Sounds lovely🥰 Hope you enjoyed the video!
@@DoggyDrifts Its kinda my fault. I spoil the crap out of my couch seal 🤣🤣🤣
A friend had a German shepherd, all of a sudden it beca.e very protective of his wife, two weeks later she found out that she was pregnant
Our Elkhounds were protective and nurturing toward my Mom in her declining health.
INCREDIBLE VIDEO ABOUT THE DOG, I LEARNED SO MUCH THERE A TRUE FRIEND.... ❤
I thank you for your words!😘
😊 your video was great. I have a special connection with my dog. He means so much to me. 😊
I'm happy you enjoyed it😍
People have asked me before if our dog has separation anxiety I said no he doesn't but I do
Dogs are simply too good for us.
Do dogs think of humans as other dogs?
Dog: "what is a dog?"
We evolved as one. We are nothing without them.
love your show about dogs 🐕
Dogs love us more than they do other dogs. They prefer to be around us more than other dogs. Pay attention next time.
